The staff was polite, welcoming, and professional throughout my visit. I didn't have to wait long before a nail technician escorted me to the pedicure chair and began the service. In terms of customer service, I have no complaints--everyone was kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, the quality of the pedicure itself was extremely disappointing. I opted for the Cosmo Pedicure, which totaled $91 (receipt attached), and I also gave the technician a $20 cash tip. Less than 24 hours later--at 11:06 a.m. the following day--gel polish had already lifted from four of my toenails (photos included). For a premium pedicure costing over $100, I expected a significantly better result. To be clear, I'm not telling anyone to avoid this business altogether. I simply want to share my experience to help set realistic expectations. While the staff was friendly and the environment was pleasant, the actual pedicure service did not meet the standard I paid for. Great customer service--but a terrible pedicure.

My first time here, I randomly walked in, they were booked solid but was able to find an appointment for me within 2hrs. When I returned I was greeted, offered water and was quickly serviced. I wish I would have gotten the lady's name who did my nails because they were PERFECT! I included pictures from a video I took because I couldn't stop showing them off! The shape was consistent across all fingers, the length fit the size of my hands and the color was gorgeous! I had already had builder gel on my nails when I came in, and instead of taking everything off, the nail tech did a fill in and you would have never know she didn't start from scratch! While I was getting my nails done, all the nail techs kept coming over, complementing me on my nails and the customers that were there, you can tell they were repeat customers that have been there quite a few times before (one lady was getting a pedicure and another lady was getting a very elaborate set of wedding nails done - both sets of nails were beautiful). I have returned two additional times and were serviced by two different women. They shapes were ok, not consistent and you can tell both of the later women tend to lean to filing nails to the left (all of my nails tend to point more to the left instead of rounded evenly to the center). I currently feel that my nails have too much builder and it may be time to start a fresh set because the prep work that was done the second and third time have left my nails looking "bumpy". I do indent to return but will try to book with the original tech who did my nails. Note, that you cannot book online but have to either walk in or call.

From the moment we walked in, the manager never welcomed us. He seemed more interested in watching videos on his phone than helping customers. When we explained what we each wanted, he relayed the information to the nail technicians incorrectly. I had to repeat multiple times that I was only there for a Gel-X removal, yet he kept telling the technician I wanted a manicure. The removal itself seemed fine at first, but afterward I realized there was still a significant amount of Gel-X residue left on my nails. Even days later, I'm still finding random pieces that weren't removed. My friend got a new Gel-X set and mentioned that her technician didn't properly prep her nails before applying the extensions. When she tried to explain the design she wanted, he repeatedly pushed back instead of giving her the chance to show him her reference or discuss the details. The overall experience felt rushed, dismissive, and lacking in customer care. This was one of the worst nail salon experiences I've ever had. We left feeling disappointed and would not recommend this salon.
