I am not pleased with my results…read more I came to Carbonite to have my windows tinted and received an unacceptable job and poor communication. · Went to carbonite to have windows tinted · Carbonite stated it would be done to a high standard · Carbonite ultimately hired an outside vendor · Outside vendor damaged exterior and interior of car · Vendor provided poor quality install with light gaps, damage to film, dust in film and poor cuts · Carbonite took no ownership of damage or issues with poor install · Went to get a second professional tinters opinion and they agreed that the work was beyond sub par · Carbonite took five months to come up with a solution · Carbonite did not fix tint first time · Carbonite offered for me to drive to Union to have car fixed · Carbonite refused full refund even after five months As of today, I had to hire a detailer to steam off all the remaining tint as Carbonite only agreed to fix the windshield as they don't feel the rest of the poor job is their problem.

Then, I joined a local Corvette club and several of the members highly recommended Signature Detailing. I completed the contact form on their website and heard back from Greg in less than 24 hours. I knew a bit about PPF and ceramic from watching YouTube but still had some questions. Greg answered all of my questions and scheduling was very easy. Greg made me feel like I made the right selection when deciding what panels of the car were protected by PPF. I chose the Premium level of coverage which protects the panels that will see 99% of rock chips. Greg also included covering the door handles, which would normally only be protected under the Full level of protection. The price I paid was inline with what I had read online about how much PPF and ceramic coating costs. After seeing the car, I only wish I had gotten the PPF done sooner. I feel much better knowing the car is protected from the elements.
