Our ac was put in our attic at their recommendation while building the home...huge mistake. If you want inadequate service, unprofessionalism, extremely over priced billing, and a toilet bowl quality company to install your ac, Air-worx is your company. Using them is the most regrettable decision I made while building my home. I wouldn't recommend these scam artists to anyone.

Yesterday, our 14 month old AC unit stopped working. We tried to call the office and no one…read moreanswered. Our builder contacted the office, and we received a text message asking if this morning would be ok for the tech to come out. We replied yes. At 10am, we had not yet heard from the company. We called and were told their 2 guys were busy in Weatherford until lunch time. The tech arrived shortly after noon. It is 1236pm, the tech is leaving and charging the service fee $70 and 1 hour at $70 for less than 30 minutes onsite, and diagnosing a failing breaker. It is shameful to charge more than the service fee when the the company asked to put off service, the company did not deliver at the time they offered, and they were here less than 30 minutes. Save your money, and call another company.

My AC went out suddenly. CBAC had been out about a month ago and replaced the main board....which…read morehad been destroyed by dirt dobbers. The men that fixed that board did an excellent job, kept me informed of status and cost. Everything was great until the same unit went dead again .... When the tech arrived, he feared it was a problem with the new board....came in apologetically. But in fact, the blower motor was toast. The tech went about contacting the office indicating the part needed to be ordered. Thought it might take a day or two, but the next morning at 9:00 he was on his way back out here to install the new motor. The part was under warranty (who knew) and only charged me labor. This company, and all of the folks I've had contact with are great with customer service and they do a good, quick, timely diagnosis. As the tech was cleaning up, he noticed filters and offered to change the filters while he was here....one was in hot attic. He left my home clean, worked quietly and quickly and was polite and considerate of the time element because it is so hot right now. Belinda was good at checking in with me, putting my need to the top of the list the next day and did follow up calls to check my satisfaction with the service, offering to do anything else needed. These folks care about the customer. Forget those big guys who think they own the market. Use CBAC instead. You won't be disappointed.

CBAC & Heat was recommended to me by a client, so I gave them a call and explained the issues we were having. They were out the very next day, which is almost unheard of with HVAC companies. They went through our entire building, identified the issues they were seeing, and provided a detailed report with solutions. I was able to take that report to the original builder and the company that installed the HVAC system. Because of the details in their report, it was discovered that the original company had installed different equipment than what was in our plans and what we had paid for. I reached out to Brendon to thank him and let him know we would be giving the original company a chance to warranty their work and make things right. The reason we are even at that point is because CBAC & Heat was able to provide the builder and HVAC company with a clear explanation of the problems and a plan of action. After nearly a year of dealing with issues and multiple service calls, this was the first time we felt like we had real answers. Even knowing we were giving the other company a chance to fix the problem, Brendon was kind, professional, and understanding. I truly appreciate the time and effort they put into helping us get to the bottom of the issue. I will absolutely be using CBAC & Heat moving forward for our HVAC needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and responsive service.
