Three years ago he was able to fix a long-standing kitchen sink drainage problem that other plumbers failed at repeatedly. I called Connell this last time because I had two outside faucets that were giving me fits. Nathan came over and I told him I wanted two new frost-free faucets installed. Nathan told me that before I shell out the big bucks to replace them, he could take a look at the current faucets and see if they could be repaired. Had the toilet back-up. Tried rodding it, and things became worse if that is possible…read more.. Too graphic to explain. The house smelled terrible. Things are coming out of the small side drain. My kids were screaming, my wife was upset, etc. Holy cow it wasn't fun. Called Mark as soon as 7am hit as that was his office hours. Nobody picked up so I left a VM. He responded via text within a minute and texted me a rough cost estimate based on my description (I think he prefers text as opposed to calls). BTW, I felt that the cost was very reasonable. He was at my place bright and early at 8:30am. Mark was friendly, patiently listened to be explain the issue, was willing to get his hands dirty, etc. Like his approach of trying the simple solutions first. Thankfully it worked. He even wanted to check the crawl space below to make sure there was no water leaks. Thank goodness the crawl space was dry with no leaks at all. Talk about professionalism!! Great plumber. Excellent communication. Punctual. What more can a person ask for. Will definitely call him the next time I need plumbing work done. He lives in LaGrange, and his kids go to school here.
