In two small twists the pipes were off! So apparently, for 2.5 years, we have had a gas leak and didn't know and are very lucky to be alive at this point. We have a child and have many family members and friends over! We are appalled! My kids were screaming, my wife was upset, etc. Holy cow it wasn't fun. Called Mark as soon as 7am hit as that was his office hours. Nobody picked up so I left a VM. He responded via text within a minute and texted me a rough cost estimate based on my description (I think he prefers text as opposed to calls). BTW, I felt that the cost was very reasonable. He was at my place bright and early at 8:30am. Mark was friendly, patiently listened to be explain the issue, was willing to get his hands dirty, etc. Like his approach of trying the simple solutions first. Thankfully it worked.
