This is a very unprofessional company my warranty company sent them out to do repairs and the technician was very rude, does not call before arriving and no appointment is ever scheduled!!! When I went to the door the man was kicking and flapping arms around and talking to himself he seemed to be CRAZY! He does not know anything because first he said it was one part then the second time I called and he was out he said it was something else the appliance is still not working and now they say that its just a noise that the appliance makes and it is not covered by my warranty company but they never said anything until I contacted them. I spoke with Melissa at the office and she was very rude as well and lying about the issues my appliance was having. THEY ARE MEAN LIARS! THEY JUST CHARGE FOR THE WORK BUT NEVER FINISH THE JOB!! I received a call from Bob to schedule my repair. Boy was he incredibly rude and condescending. Since they were contracted with my home warranty company, I went ahead and scheduled the appointment. I was given a few hour window on when they would be there. I asked if they call when they are on their way, he was again downright rude when he responded saying "no, we do not call and i gave you the window of time we will be there". I can't afford to take a day off work and miss pay to sit around waiting. Service man came and was much nicer. But, received a call from Bob a couple days later to schedule replacement, he was just as rude and condensing as the first time. It was so bad, I refused to continue doing business with them, called home warranty company and they are going to terminate them as a contractor and send out a new repair guy. Bob could benefit from taking basic customer service courses. My guess, he is the owner and so busy he probably doesn't care how he treats customers because he is contracted with home warranty companies. Stay away from this company! read more

Horrible. I don't doubt the other comment that was written on here. Called to get an oven repaired. That was 5 weeks ago and still have no date for when it will be. It is like time means nothing to them. The people aren't rude, simply unable to answer questions or help without a supervisor, who I am repeatedly told is in the field and will return my call. He of course never has. read more

Horrible experience. This is who my home warranty sent out to fix my appliance. Took over a month for them to get the part. They never called to update me on how long it would take. I had to call them 4 or 5 times. They finally came to fix it. The technician was horriblely rude and condescending. He talked to me like i was an idiot and was very offensive. AKA J & H Appliance. Like the multitude of folks that have rated them before me...DO NOT use these people!! Heed the warning. My home warranty sent them; it was not my choice. Hind sight, I would have looked them up on Yelp before allowing them to come. The technician was nice and didn't mind my asking questions and watching him work; so far, so good! The parts needed ordered and I was told it would be 14 days. When I called after two weeks and 3 days, I called to find out the status. I was met by someone with a nasty disposition who was making it their life effort to make everyone they come in contact with more miserable than he. In his snide and condescending manner he told me it was 14 working days, not two weeks that no one works on weekends. Oh really, I do. Anyway, I waited another full week and called back, that is when he got really nasty; it was hard to believe that someone could go from snarky and condescending to screaming and talking over me in a 60 second conversation. He really lost it when I strongly suggested he calm down and think about how he was talking to me as a customer. All I wanted to know when the back ordered parts would be arriving. His answer was, "Look lady, you'll know when they arrive when your phone rings and I call you to tell you they are in. I can't make the manufacturer work faster or that you have old, outdated appliances." Is it me or is 8 year old appliances not really that old. Okay, insult me...but my appliances?! Next thing I knew he'd hung up on me and immediately called my home warranty to tell them I was harassing him. So, calling twice in 3 weeks to ask about my appliance parts constituted harassment in his mind and justified all that drama. I'm telling you, this Neal guy is quite a bit "off". Other names have been mentioned by other people, so that leads me to believe that the whole bunch are miserable. They WILL make you miserable too. My home warranty company assigned this vendor to repair our failing dishwasher. I called the home warranty company to ask for J & H's license number since I could not find it by searching on the Arizona Registrar of Contractor's website. The home warranty company asked me to call J & H directly and said they were required by law to provide it. I called J & H and left a message to call. Melissa returned my call. I said "before you come out to the house I'd let to get your licensing information". She responded, "Why do you want it?" I said, "Because I asked". She refused the licensing information. I called the home warranty company and told them that because there is no license with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors under the name J & H Microwave or J & H Appliances and that because the owner (I presume) refused to provide it please cancel the work order and provide a fully licensed (in good standing), insured, bonded contractor. They were happy to comply. Caveat Emptor: Don't do business with businesses who are not licensed or who will not provide their license information. read more

Don't use this company under any circumstances! Gave the warranty company the model and Serial No. of dishwasher and the part that was needed. They sent out J&H Appliance Repair in Goodyear, AZ, who arrived the next week with no parts. Said they had to order parts from Canada and it would be about 3 weeks, but they would call to set an appointment when part came in. The next week Derrick/Garrett called me and said he had left word 5 times on my son's phone and my phone that the door handle was in. I explained that we had no messages on either of our phones. He said that if he didn't hear from my son by 5 the next day, he was going to return the part to the manufacturer and cancel the service call. He said he was the owner of the company and was very nasty to me. After I got off the phone, I read the reviews online and called him back, telling him that there was no way that the owner of a company would possibly be that rude to a customer and that other reviews complained about his same behavior. When I hung up the phone, he called my son and chewed him out, said that I had threatened him, and then canceled the service call. We reported the company and this guy to the warranty company and they sent another company out immediately who brought the correct part and repaired the dishwasher. read more
