Once parked, there is a large check in/waiting room with about 11 seats. There is typically 2-3 employees working the counter. This location can get busy even during the week. So it's hit and miss if you're waiting in line or speaking with an employee right away. The employee walked with me to my vehicle and checked each tire for remaining tread or other signs of issues. After settling payment, I took a seat to wait. My last visit was a Monday morning and It took about 50 minutes before they drove my truck into the bay and about 30 more minutes to replace a tire. The employees at the counter have been friendly and helpful every time I visit. If they're busy when I walk in, one of them will typically acknowledge me and tell me they'll be with me in a moment. I have found Americas tire to typically be the best pricing for the tires I've needed and they do honor price matching. This place is a good option if you need tires.
