It took close to an hour for them to even pull the car into the back and then proceeded to take another hour for them to replace ONE tire. Took my car there to get some repairs, other than it being expensive they don't deliver when they said they will and they fail to double check that the car is safe to drive on the road. When I got my car back, the breaks weren't working which almost caused on accident on the road. They did pick up my car from my house and fixed it, however safety is something that should be checked before delivering the customer back their car. They told my husband it will take 1 hour for a simple oil change. 2 hours later and they are still not done with the oil change. My husband was here for a total of 3.5 almost 4 hours for a simple oil change and wasted most of his day. They should not have told him it will take1 hour when that is a lie and then charge him an expensive price for a oil change. They charge $90 for a simple oil change when it is cheaper and faster somewhere else. They need to work on their timing and customer service skills. When you ask them to refund you some of the money for this inconvenience, they tell you no. They cannot. That's their customer service for you. Charge you hecka money as they are crazy expensive, make you wait a long time while they take their time or "messing around, shoot the breeze by standing around or on their cell phones" and waste most of your day for a simple service and then on top of that, rip you off by charging you extra or a lot of money and not fix the customer experience issue. I had purchased tires for my truck the first time. When I went to rotate my tires the nuts were on so tight even when using a cheater bar and after purchasing an impact wrench I through my back out and had to see a chiropractor. I just went back recently and purchased 4 tires. I explained my concern and asked if the tires were torqued correctly and was told yes. I got home and went to replace my shocks and once again the wheels were on so tight i had trouble getting the nuts loose again. If I had a flat tire on the side of the road I would not be able to change the tire without calling AAA for help. Beware. read more

I made my appointment that same day to drop the car off and pick up once it was ready. I felt comfortable being there talking about what was going to get done. I needed a price on tires, having gone over 50,000 miles on my current set. Being that I have a Volkswagen, it seems that everything is an odd size and extra expensive. On past cars, I made some adjustments, especially since the tires only lasted roughly 30,000 miles. This time, I wanted to the original equipment tires, as they were quite good. Getting into the parking lot can be a bit tricky since it's so close to Yosemite and Main. The store seemed crowded with aftermarket wheels of all kinds. I went to the counter, where two people were having a conversation. They interrupted their conversation, so that the employee could attend to me. I mentioned what I needed and the size threw him a bit. I noted what I'd found at a tire related web site, as well as their own web site. He quickly decided which tire it was, using what information I gave him, and quoted me a price of $859. The price is scary, but including $680 for tires, $80 for road hazard insurance, $80 for installation, that's $840, which isn't far from $859, obviously. He didn't break it down for me, only giving me the final price. I needed to talk to the dealer, where they are performing regular maintenance on my car, before buying. I figured that they would be about the same price but the dealership came up with a similar price that included the 50,000 mile service. read more

they take way longer than the time frame they give you and it's because they spend more time messing around than anything else. i just needed a quick tire replacement and they said it'd be about 30 minutes and i'd be the next car in. but it's been an hour already and i'm still waiting. the workers have mostly been playing around. also, some guy drove his car right up to get his tire replaced without going inside to pay at all. when the job was done, he just sped off. i guess they reserve their speedy service when giving free tires to their buddies. this is not a very professional place. go somewhere else. read more

I will say, customer service is almost non existent here. I have came in to this location a few times and although I understand both of the people in the reception area (the same girl and guy usually) are both busy, at least acknowledge me and say you'll be with me shortly, but no they didn't for a good 15minutes. Anyway I put that aside, the guy is usually more helpful than the girl that works there, however they over charge. I was able to put some nice looking wheels on my SUV but definitely over charged me which I later found out. Also the older lady in the back with the short haircut and glasses is terrible! For the record this is the worse customer service i have EVER dealt with in my entire life as a consumer. They are Dishonest in their work and work ethic is a disgrace!. I took my car here the second time for a 2 tire change and an alignment (an alignment they stated they couldnt fix) ,but yet this time around was fixed!? (How do you explain that!!!!) , and i also took it in for a bad alternator and (my battery indicator light was "ON" ON MY DASHBOARD). So they fixed the allignment issue , and replaced the alternator but my battery indicator light was still on my dash board. Rafael stated that they dont know why it still on. Maybe its "highly modified" my battery indicator light has nothing to do with the fact that my car has lowered suspension. My batt indicator light is on because they installed the said alternator without bench testing it. Because i took ny car after the second visit. To 3 mechanic and at 2 oreiley autoparts to test the battery and the alternator, and all Confirmed that the alternator has a bad voltage regulator. So i go to los amigos and talk to rafael about honoring the warranty and so i setup a schedule for saturday the 10th of november 2018 at 8 am right when they open. I go thru the procedure and hand them my keys. The young lady and rafael stated it would be done about 3 hours, so i wait and sit in the waiting area. Just to find out that the car hasnt even moved from qhere i parked it. I go up and talk to ask why they car hasnt move. Rafael tells me "sorry" they are booked ,and "THAT IM JUST GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT A LITTLE BIT LONGER"!!!! At this point furious and about to lose my $#!t !!. Why in the hell do i have to accomodate and suffer than i already have taking uber to and from/work ,and school just to work on your schedule*and now you're telling me that your booked and that " im just gonna have to wait " i mean the audicity !!!!! Rafael and this company have no sense of urgency nor know how to treat a valued customer and to say the least run an honest company. So its now 4:30 and they close at 5pm on saturday. I finally see them drive my car from where i parked it at 8am early that morning. I watch them park the car at another spot. (Thinking that i have not been on the premesis and i watched them leave the car without pulling it up to the lift.) I also know they didnt touch the alternator ,because i personally marked the alternator to make sure that they change it, and SURE ENOUGH" as suspected like the last time they did not satisfy my needs and honor their word and workmanship rafael is a lying piece of shit. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere i wasted a whole f!%@;# saturday for no apparent reason. The headache that i have to go thru is not worth the convenience!!!. All I can say is outstanding work guys! I meant to leave a review a while back when I purchased my tires and rims from this place. Those wheels got me from West Coast to East Coast and back many many times with no trouble at all. I had to take the car to the dealership for an oil change, they noticed what appeared to be a large bolt in the tire and since the wheels are larger than normal, they are not able to plug it. They gave recommendations, but I told them I would just go back to the shop I bought them from. I took it to Los Amigos this morning and the place was busy as usual (that's a sign that business is good and customers know where to go). Even with the crowd they had the car up on the jack in 15 mins. The mechanic took the tire off and to the back to patch. A few minutes later is was back on and I was at the register to pay. When it was my turn, the rep just gave me the keys, said it was no charge, the bolt didn't go all the way in. I felt bad because I didn't have cash on me at the time, just my debit card, I figured I would hop on Yelp to leave these guys a great review for the service they provide. Many times people leave reviews when things go unexpected, they don't take the time to provide reviews when things go as planned or better. Watch out for this company. Its been two weeks since i had new tires put on my wife suburban and still no call from John or any rep regarding the false advertisement about no credit check. I was drawn to this company as i drive by it quite often and saw 90 days same as cash no credit needed no credit check required and pay no interest for 90 days. Well that didn't happen after they got my truck in the booth and finished the install we proceed with the paper work. Keep in mind i am making clear conversation with John and the little lady confirming what i wanted and what was advertised and that they clearly will not be doing a credit check. My credit is perfect. I just choose to take advantage of the advertisement. I know you're not supposed to give your ssid but they clearly kept telling me this is there process and this would be necessary tires are already installed after 1-1/2 so i was like lets get this over with. Through out this John and the lady keep saying no credit check 3 months to pay. Well my credit tracker sent me notification that in fact they did run my credit. Then i called Monday and John said they couldn't do anything about it. I would have to call the finance company i applied credit with. Total BS!!! So i called John a few times and every time he would say i will check with our rep or our rep will call me. Its been almost 3+ weeks buddy and still no contact from them on resolving the issue of false advertisement. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! Piss poor excuses from employees have no clue what they are doing John didn't offer any resolution for the mistake. I took pictures just incase this goes to court i know I'm not the only victim with this scam. They do the work then you fill the paperwork so you're pretty much stuck to move forward. i will be filing a claim with consumer affaires as well as the BBB to have this looked into further. read more
