Do NOT let them work on your Jeep! Only tires and alignment nothing else. They did more damage working on my front end. Causing my differential to leak oil. Even after I took it them numerous times saying it's still leaking and now there is a whining from my differential. They would not own to it even after a mechanic confirmed this. They tried to avoid responsibility on every occasion. Yes they are polite. But still cost me a lot in repairs. And yes I notified Headquarters and haven't heard from them. read more

I had an appointment to get my car aligned and tires rotated. I dropped it off and all was fine. Maybe 20 mins later they call me and tell me that my car is leaking and that they can't do the alignment. I thought it was very odd for the car to be leaking since I had a full service done maybe 2 days before. In person they told me that it just wasn't possible and that it was leaking. I had an experienced mechanic call and talk to them (because I'm not familiar with cars like that) and they told him that they COULD do the service. We ultimately decided to not go through with the service. We had it done elsewhere and the car is fine. The car was not leaking. I had never had any issues here, so it was a total surprise. read more

Service was truly amazing. Took my car in early am due to some noise I hear front driver side wheel. Was told it's my struts . I also had them check my brakes. Rear brakes had to be replaced. I approved the work for struts, brakes and alignment. They called me what seems like 3 hours later saying my car was done and ready to be pick up. That was fast especially on a Friday. I went in today very stressed out about my brakes and rotors making a strange sound, I went to a different brake shop to get them installed and got yelled at and cursed out today, and I was told never to go back to the DC tire shop in San Pablo. I recently moved out here, and I was very stressed out today, especially after that phone conversation with the last tire shop. I went to Les Schwab tire center, and they assured me that they would take a look at my brakes and rotors, they took off four tires, and did a complementary service for me, which I was willing to pay for, they really helped me out more than they know. They let me know that the previous tire shop completely missed putting on a bolt and left one bolt loose! I'm so Grateful to the knowledgeable and experienced guys here. I called of hand and the guy who answer gave me a quote for my specific tire.. the guy who answered is George .. so I came inn.. and Carson help me with a hesitation.. I saw his face when he saw me.. now I ask for a specific tire and he only gave the most expensive tires.. ‍ this guy want his commission I understand but don't ripped people off!! And they even charge for a valve stem.. really a valve stem set is less than 10$ But since this company is a ripped of they charge me under 40$ smh ‍ really.. if I didn't need my tires I'll rather go somewhere else!! read more

Went in February 14 for their free brake inspection, rear center cap was not installed back properly; flew off. Went back and they replaced it free of charged. Went in March 19 as it was making noise with sharp turns especially on the left turns/ u turns. They said steering stabilizer needed to be changed. The sound is less noticeable but it still vibrates. I'm no mechanic but the sway bar bushing looks worn and might need a change as well. read more

I had a horrible experience with Ryan. He disrespected me as woman and a customer. He was rude In front of my family . I don't know if it was because I am a woman or because of my ethnicity. This store also lies to you. They told me I need bearings when I did not. I probably didn't even need the rotors. They said they checked twice on my breaks because they were still making noise after telling me I needed rotors which they did install them. I called corporate they gave me a number for the area manager and he let me go to Tracy Les Swab and what they found was unbelievable that Manteca store didn't see because they didn't do what they said at all. Worst is I didn't need bearings. They lubed everything. Noise went away so I know I didn't the rotors. $456 wasted because it trust this place. So please get a second opinion so u know exactly what u want done before you waste your $. Repairs or maintenance is definitely not cheap. I myself will never go there nor will I refer anyone to this store. Tracy store definitely will. I had to put a star not by choice. No stars for this store. read more

Best tire shop around. The staff are friendly and hard working. Have purchased tires for multiple vehicles and snow chains. They've fixed flats for me. Extremely knowledgeable on brakes and suspensions. Had them replace brakes on my party bus and offroad Jeep. You cannot beat the seevice here and the price is competitive with all the other shops. Been going here for years.. Now that I go camping and have an RV, I've been taking my RV there before every road trip, and they check my tires for me only takes a couple of seconds, fill up the ones that need air and I'm on my way. Today I drive up I asked them and they they didn't seem that busy that I could see , anyways, the guy told me oh it'll be a while can you park over there. So I said yes thank you! I sat there for like 15 minutes and then I just left went to the one in Ripon. Every single one of their stalls were full, so I didn't think they were gonna be able to do it either. Some guy told me. Went in just for an alignment and after about 15mins of dropping off my car they called me saying my front right control arm was broken and it was going to be over $400 to fix on top of the $130 it was for the alignment, I called my mechanic and said I was going to be bringing over my car and if he could check it. The next day he called me saying that nothing was broken, bent, or even worn. He even took it to a good friends of his who also owns a shop and does alignments, after checking his friend said that there was nothing wrong with the control arm AT ALL. AMAZING SERVICE !! I had to get a tire patched and put on a diesel generator and they helped me out superbly. On the way to Les Schwab I had to slam on my brakes and I noticed the rear brake on the generator trailer was locked up and starting to smoke wildly. It was seconds from bursting into flame, I pulled over and poured a gallon of water on it and made it to Les Shwab as it was only a half mile down the road thank goodness. The tire was patched and put on in no time , but I had a new issue. Jorge came out and spent 20-30 minutes trying everything he could and was able to unlock the drum and get me on the road again. SAVED OUR BACON! We were towing our little hand-built camper from Seattle to Ventura, and one of our brand-new tires disintegrated on I-5. AAA couldn't help. We limped to the Flying J and called Les Schwab, and the guy on line (wish I remembered his name) was so patient while I tried to figure out what size the other tire was, which was obviously the wrong size, as it had been rubbing on the fender and melted the imprint. He suggested I get under and look at the other side-- smart and effective! Brett came out with the truck and new shoes and put one on the rim, but discovered some additional problems. He got on the phone and figured out what we needed, zipped off, came back with the right stuff, and got the things on. I must say that every time I needed air in my tires, I go in to Les Schwab. I had purchased some really nice tires, from them, and they are still going strong. I have to say, there are very few companies who will give you a service without even asking for an original receipt on the tires...but there was no tire interrogator to check the validity of your visit. Not only did he check the one tire that was low, he topped the air in all of the tires, no questions asked. It made me feel like they are my heroes, once again. Their tires are a bit on the high end, however, if it came down to just a few dollars difference, I'd go to Les Schwab, without a doubt. read more
