Came back the next day to get a new tmps put in and it only lasted 2 days and it fell off and now if bouncing around in my wheel . These dudes engage in shady business practices- I bought 4 new wheels "aligned and balanced included" my car wobbled at a high speed so they suggested a rebalancing and I did. However, the car kept wobbling so I decided to take it to goodyear tire shop in Tracy ( a reputable tire shop). I showed up for a balancing and they were surprised as was I- when they found that the tires were never balanced even though I was told they were. Beware of this spot. Now keep in mind I've spent thousands of dollars on wheels and tires at this shop in the last 6-8 months on 2 vehicles. My last vehicle, I purchased tires and when they installed them, they broke my sensors. At first I didn't know why my tire pressure light was on. Took it to another shop and they said someone broke my sensors and taped it with regular office clear tape. I called the original shop and spoke with Alex, I was informed that they will fix and replace it free of charge. When the time came, they told me that I had to pay $50 for the broken one because they replaced the one that was not broken instead. So how is this my fault if you guys broke it and knew about it when I called and then go fix the wrong one. Now ask me to pay for the replacement of the actual broken one? I was there on 6/10/23 purchased a set of wheels and tires for my truck from Jay. They ended up knocking one of my wheels over and damaged it. I live out of town so jay told me he would ship me a new rim and even sold me another wheel at " cost " which I've never received. I've called and even messaged on social media but it's always on order or nobody gets back to me. Today is 8/3/23 still have a damaged wheel on my truck. No calls no refund nothing. The owner was very professional and courteous. I didn't expect to be complete with the installation and alignment so quick. It was a classic event. I would give 0 stars if I could. Be warned take your car there and you will have problems. had them install a 3.5 lift kit on my truck. Everything to do with the lift kit in the rear came loose. I called and told them they said I was suppose to bring it back after 500 miles to be retorqued. told them I was never told that. They said it should say on my receipt which it didn't. so had to pay dealer $100 to retighten everything. truck started making noise. dealer found that it was coming from springs and with lift kit and that the rear shocks that came with lift kit were put on upsidedown. really they can't even put a new shock on the way the old one came off. so now I am going to have to pay a real shop to go over everything that tire and wheel zone has done. prices are cheap for a reason. I don't think they even know that the output shaft and the pinion gear angle have to be the same when lifting a truck or you get a vibration which is another problem I now have. I found that out just doing a little research. this place is a joke. I took it back for them to double check everything and they said it was ok. They were wrong. This place is a big scandal and fault advertising on their products and services. On October 2018 I purchased 2set of toyo tires M/T from this store and they charged me $100 for mount and balance plus $99 for labor. They advertised said Free Mount and balance and nothing about labor. I don't know where's the labor coming from. I called and spoke with the manager rights alway after the service were done and as soon as I saw the receipt/statement (it was gave to me after the services). At first the manager told me "don't worries I will take care of it" he acknowledged the over charged of the service and what their didn't do. My truck was not alignment as well as fixed anything because I was there the hole time watching the guys doing all his jobs. Couple weeks after I still not seeing any credit or refunds back to me. I called and called and emails and texts NO responses! Today I finally get hold to talk with the manager again. After he handed up on me 3 times and he finally called me back from his personal phone and told me that he would not credit and refunded any thing back to me. This guy tried to argue and defended himself and his store by telling me that I signed the receipt/statement. And yes I did signed BUT was gave to me to sign after the service was already done and was using my iPhone to sign the paper without seeing the services charged. When I noticed the over charged. It's been 7 months since I had my new tires installed here on my first car and everything has been great so far. This is my go to place when it comes to tires. Don't take truck in for suspension work. Went in for 35" tires to upsize from 33" tires on my Silverado 2500. Was sold a leveling kit for $400, they installed same day said 1 hours max so I waited, took about 3 hours. Then I got the truck, and shocks were maxed out, they wrote on the receipt that they "recommended new shocks" asked for quote they wanted $850 for Rancho Shocks which are $250. Upper control arms were maxed out, hitting the bump stop. They mentioned nothing about this. I decided to install fox shocks, that I got for a cheaper price. Later drove to Sacramento, all highway miles. Got off on exit and drove over the bridge where my control arm snapped. (Pictures attached). Called shop immediately explaining what happened and got the response "that's not good". Was given a number to send pictures to, never got a response after several attempts. Had to take into shop in Sacramento to fix all component affected. Payed $1600 total to repair the damages. Let owner know about the damages and still no reply. Then went into shop to try to get answers and was told they wrote I needed new shocks in receipt even though the control arms are the ones that snapped. Zero accountability. read more

This is gunna be long but please read so this doesn't happen to you. I never ever post negative reviews but this time I had to. I took my car in December and got 4 new tires. It was obvious that lost some of my lug nuts when they were putting them back on and when I asked them about it they just ignored me cus they didn't wanna admit it, so now here I am the customer helping them look for my lost lug nuts. They said they found them so i went back inside so they can finish up. Today, I was replacing my brakes and noticed that my lug wrench wouldn't fit some of my lug nuts. Turns out they put on similar looking but different size lug nuts. They put on 2 different sizes so my car had 3 different lug nuts on it. If I would have gotten a flat tire on the road I would have had to call for a tow cus my lug wrench only fits my originals. On top of that 4 of them were stripped and were super loose and and took nothing to take them off and another one was way too tight and was extremely stripped and broken. A simple brake job in my garage that takes me 2 hours turned into an all day job because I spent most of the time trying to remove this wrong size, stripped and broken lug nut. I am now stuck at home until I get a ride to get new lug nuts from Toyota. I called today and spoke to the manager and he didn't give a shit and just gave excuses. He never apologized for the incompetence and poor work, never apologized for the inconvenience, nothing. He said bring it back and we'll give u lug nuts. Like I would ever let them touch my car again. I told him that i have to purchase new factory lug nuts and he has to pay for them and he agreed so we will see if he follows through. Overall, this place should not be in business in my opinion. Also on the day of service they offered me a free alignment if I also change the tie rods. I agreed but they said they didn't have a print out of the alignment cus their printer isn't working and they would email me at the end of the day. End of the day, No email! I called the next day and they said ok we will email it now, NO EMAIL. I called again a few days later and they said ok this time we'll text it to u. NO TEXT. I'm pretty sure it was NEVER done. They also drive to a different location to supposedly do these alignments with no print out. read more

I don't disagree with everyone's comments. Yes, you get a better price compare to other shops. But what we don't realize is how much expert knowledge is offer from here. It is almost zero to none. I came here to get my truck leveled and get new tires and wheels. Once I picked my style of wheels, I was handed an invoice. I find that very odd since they have not even seen my tires. I had to tell them what I want and the truck I have. I asked if the wheels will perfectly fit my truck which they assured me. Anyway, after leveling it. I asked why only the front and not the rear. They gave me a BS answer which at this point I was hoping that when the wheels gets installed, it will look right. I have more to say but you get my point. This place is cheap but missing expertise, customer service and details. I am giving it a two star because the workers are nice. I just hope that they have the training and structure to operate more effectively. I am sure they have a lot of returning customers like myself complaining.
