In all honesty The work that was performed on my vehicle was fine. The problem was once they were done putting my rims on the car, I immediately noticed I did not like how they looked actually on the car.. I told the associate Jason I was disappointed and wanted to go back to my stock wheels they had just taken off. I did not ask for a refund even though I spent $700 bucks. I only wanted to have them put my stock wheels back on. He then tells me I had to pay additional money to do that. I felt like he should have remedied the situation entirely different to make good on me just spending $700 bucks and not liking the outcome. Especially when I even said I was gonna just buy another set of wheels from them and figure out how to sell the ones I just bought and didn't like. I had a nail in my tire the night before heading up to Lake Tahoe, and had it repaired at the Big O in Livermore. The next day when I got on the freeway, I had a severe vibration. I found a store in Stockton that could look at it right away - the Tire and Wheel Outlet. It was explained to me that the wheel was not put back on my car the way it came off, thus throwing off the balance. They took time to rebalance the wheel for me and I was in and out in 7 minutes. This business is nothing to look at when driving up to it, but the service makes up for it. Stay far away from these scam artist! They have a BBB rating of an F. Some complaints were they sell bad tires and used tires as new. After spendind $2149 on tire pkg and being promised lugs and locks they treat you like garbage when you complain. They have weasel stiplations on the wheel balance. I paid my installer 104.00 for lugs and locks and $180.00 to rebalance wheels. Futhermore Amazon is slightly cheaper $2099 but includes lugs,locks and balance WITHOUT stipulations. I bought 24" tires and rims from here and they claimed to give me a great deal but all they did was put four faulty rims on my car which messed up the alignment. Now whenever I drive the car it constantly vibrates. Rather than having the tires exchanged out I had to purchase new ones which they only credited me back half for. They then switched them out once after weighing them, but only after I had to hassle them about it for about two months and during these months I did not drive the car because it felt unsafe. My wife took the car out with the new rims and felt the car vibrating, so I drove it to see if it was, after seeing that it was I called the business up again to ask them to trade them out because the rims were once again still making the car vibrate. They also never mailed the allen screws that were missing off the rims after claiming that they would. They also proceeded to tell me that the rims would always be defective and that I should just take them. I also had to make multiple trips back to Stockton to have them fix multiple problems which should have never occurred in the first place and they refused to give me my money back but were able to give me a lot of attitude. The man (His name is Jay and I believe he is the owner), I spoke to on the phone who sounded Iranian, told me if I came back over to the business they were going to "pour something on me" along with some colorful vocabulary. After such disrespect and horrible business I would NOT recommend this place to ANYBODY. I suggest people take your business elsewhere because they are so unprofessional it will only prove to be a waste of anyone's time and is not the worth the price. After all this hassle I now have to take them to small claims court because I have a one year warranty which they don't want to honor. read more
