Well, what started as, "you're car has faulty shocks/struts and caused the tire failure" became, "we're so sorry, our initial assessment of the tires was incorrect, the tires were defective and we'll give you a FULL REFUND on the purchase!" Frankly, you cannot ask much more from a giant corporation. And the refund was swift and complete. Bravo to Mavis and their Tire Kingdom outlet. I've always been able to get my tires aired up quickly and with friendly help. This visit , I needed new tires and they helped me out with a few deals. New tires are always expensive but it's nice to have everything spelled out clearly. I did research online, picked the tires I wanted, and scheduled my appointment for the next day. I had a problem with severe shaking on my car. Didn't know what it was. Thanks to the tire kingdom guys I was back on the road within an hour, with only having to buy a new tire. I opted for an alignment, as well. Three weeks later I lost a hubcap on my front wheel and they were the last ones to put the hubcaps back on. Now they don't want to give me credit to go out and buy a set of hubcaps since one cannot be matched. I had those hubcaps for six or seven years and I've never had a problem until now. The garage is immaculate. You could eat off the floor. The shop did not leave any filthy greasy fingerprints on my car and they took the time to put in a paper floormat and some of that plastic stuff like you see at the dry cleaners to protect my seat. read more

I went to Tire kingdom for tire I bought there for a flat. I went to the Tire Kingdom I bought the tire and they said they couldn't fix flat because they didn't have the right size patch to fix tire. Then I went to this Tire kingdom they fixed tire. I needed brakes for the front and rear. Initially I got a quote on the phone for $400. Then the mechanic said I needed rotors for the rear. I figured I needed them. When I saw the price for rotors it was $79 each. I went to auto repair shop he was charging $50 dollars for each rotor and was going to cost me $560 plus tax instead of $685 that cost me at tire Kingdom. In hind site I should of gone to the other place. Also got oil change and they nickel and dime me on that also. I won't be going to any Tire Kingdom in the future. The 2 Tire Kingdoms I went to wasn't a good experience. Hopefully I'll find reputable auto shops in Vero Beach. read more

We are newer to the area and initially utilized the dealership for maintenance. We started going here for tire repair and battery replacement. Since then, they have earned our loyalty with good work, reasonable prices compared to the dealership and honesty. One example, the dealership told me I needed new brake pads and Tire Kingdom told me they were still under warranty with them! (Originally purchased thru a sister company NTB in another state) Another example, I needed a new tire so had it replaced. Later I found my original paperwork indicating I had the road hazard insurance (again from a sister company) I returned to the dealership a few days later and the manager quickly gave me a $ adjustment. read more

This morning, we noticed a rattling noise coming from under my wife's BMW. We took a close look and suspected the noise was caused by a loose nut that was used to hold up the oil pan. So I brought the car to the Tire Kingdom in Eustis, FL to take a look. The mechanic was able to fix the problem in ten (10) minutes. And Tire Kingdom did not even charge me. Went to Tire Kingdom, 1159 21st St, Vero Beach, " now under new ownership" for service and was told I need new brakes all around. pads rotors the works was quoted around $875.00 for the job. Did not sound right so I went to Tires plus for a second opinion. They did the job quick and I only needed $96.00 worth of parts. Everything else was fine. Avoid this location as these guys are crooks. That is all. Come on guys it is 2024 people leave reviews. You can only be a shady mechanic for so long and the word gets out #your empty parking lot. No need to reply with an apology as I after 15 years of service at that location have moved to Tires plus. read more

I purchased four brand new tires from them awhile ago and had nothing but problems with the tires. The first day driving I noticed my car was shaking really bad so, I went back 3 different times to be told the last time that all my rims were bent the final time they checked it out, which wasn't true at all. They also told me that my struts were bad and needed to be replaced , which also wasn't true. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The problem was never resolved after going back three different times. read more

I stopped by this store with a slow leak in my rear tire. They got right on it fixed it and had me on my way in less then the 45 minutes they said it would take. My tire was patched and rebalanced. If you like to waste time use this company. My tire balance appointment was scheduled for 10am. Upon arrival they told me they were just starting their 8am appointment and it would be 2-3 hours to get me in. I reschedule for 1pm and arrived on time. It took them 30 minutes to tell me they could do the work because the lug wrench the company mandates wouldn't work on my car. They could take the wheels off but not put them back on. This was a waste of several hours and the need to get work done elsewhere. read more

Over priced don't give diagnosis in problem give you several to get you to spend more money

I have 2 complaints on this store. I had one tire blown and went to have it fixed. Took over half an hour for one tire. Then as we are sitting in the parking lot about to leave the worker "Dylan" had parked my car and as we are pulling out he yelled "THANK YOU. JESUS" as in we were finally leaving the parking lot. Very grateful I got my tire fixed but the workers here are just pure lazy! Also- my boyfriend has a lowered and cambered car and went to have his tires stretched to fit his tire and the worker there told him they didn't stretch tires. Then he proceeded to go to a different Tire Kingdom and they said all the Tire Kingdoms around here have the same equipment and that they would stretch them with no problem. This Tire Kingdom has very lazy employees and do not recommend going to. read more

I work in service industry, so I'm reluctant to leave negative reviews. I visited this location twice - first to make an appointment, explaining that I needed my car to be finished by 1pm on the following day (I work at 2). I was told I would be "in and out" and made an appointment for 11am, the following day. At 11:30am the next day, I left the tire kingdom having been quoted a price of $175 and told by one employee that my service would take 1.5 hours and another that it would take 2. At 2 pm (late for work), I was able to leave with the car after being served a bill for $309. The work may be great - I haven't had time to check, but the honesty at the counter and the cost is not even close to worth it. Believe the reviews. read more

The kindest way to describe the staff in this store Is indifferent. I went there because they are the closest shop to my home. I had a slow leak in a tire that was caused by a piece of metal I had run over, when I arrived there was nobody in the front of the store to handle my inquiry. I waited about 5 minutes and finally went to the shop door to try and attract someone's attention. The staff were standing around in a nearly empty service area chatting. A young man finally noticed me and came out to see what I wanted. I explained the problem and he went out into the parking lot to look at the tire. The only thing he looked at was the manufacturing date of the tire and said that he could not help me because the tire was too old. He proceeded to explain how the inside of the rim would be full of rubber shavings and how a patch would not work. His supervisor came over to take a look and proceeded to berate me for driving on old and unsafe tires. The tires were old at 11 years but were very low mileage ~30K miles and showed very little tread wear. They had performed well up until I ran over the piece of metal. I am very safety conscious and understanding that it was not safe to repair I decided to buy a new tire. My vehicle was equipped with Michelin tires and I wanted a replacement Michelin or one of equal quality. His exact response was "I've never heard of your tire model, but the cheapest Michelin I've got is this one for about $150 installed" He took me over to a tire tread display pointed at the tread pattern and walked away. At no point did I discuss price point and all I asked for was an equivalent tire. I walked out of the store went to a competitor who was more than happy to take my tire off the rim to see if it was repairable. It was marginal but he told me he would repair it if I insisted but that he could not stand behind the repair. He went on to explain why it was a bad idea to repair an older tire with the type of damage I had sustained. I ended up buying a pair of new tires and I think I will return to buy 2 more to make it even all around despite there being plenty of tread. Avoid Tire Kingdom in Vero Beach. I will never walk in their doors again. read more

This was my fourth try at two different Tire Kingdumbs. They just are inept in customer service and frankly I have concerns as to there skills as mechanics too. My feeling is when a chain treats people this way it comes from the top of command. I don't know or care who the CEO is but they should look at the training they provide to the stores. They are so unorganized. They don't communicate. They told me my car would be ready at 3:00. I dropped it off at 1:00 for an oil change. Its almost 4. I called them. They wanted to sell me more services. No apology. No thanks for your patience. The customer service is lacking. Also, be very aware. The sticker they put on your car and or truck window to indicate when you need your next oil change is in fact the miles when they did the oil change miles. This is not the common practice. Which leads me to believe they try to trick you to get an service early. read more

SH*T happens; how you handle it is what really matters. My car is very low to the ground, and since I have owned it, I have been super cautious of the front bumper and curbs. After my service, the young man got a little overzealous and drove up on the curb stop. This left several very large yellow scapes on the bumper. So much for 3 years of total cautiousness :-( However, Rob and Justin could not have handled it any better. Again stuff happens; these guys made it right. Thanks, guys. read more

A disaster ! Very limited quantity of tires ! Bad customer service

Two of my tires blew, tow truck service was $85 I called Tire Kingdom they assured me they had the tire I needed. Upon arriving they informed me that they had made a mistake. They only had available the upgraded version which was $120 over the price of the originally quoted tire. Next tow truck driver informed me that they do this often, because it not only happened to him but to many of his customers! They tell u they have a tire that they don't have just so u can come in and buy a more expensive one! On top of taking advantage of a customer they are also exposing ppl unnecessarily to COVID19. The wanted $187 for a battery that costs $139 everywhere else. They wanted $60 for labor, because the battery "was hard to reach". * Manager strongly suggested I have my spark plugs replaced and a tune up for around $649! This is way more than the typical price for a spark plug replacement and tune up. * They also entered the vehicle mileage incorrectly by more than 10,000 miles. I will NEVER go back to Tire Kingdom! :-( read more

An OK place to have routine work done. I've had tires installed from Tire Rack per their contract with them. I also opted for a 5 year alignment contract with Tire Kingdom yesterday, $204 as quoted vs. $89 for a single alignment. Picking up the car, BEWARE! they added a surprise BS 'shop fee' of $21.50. They said it's for materials but it's a pure profit add on bump as the work I had done was strictly labor with no materials, just soapy water to slide the tires on the rim. I'm an old certified motorcycle tech so I know the industry somewhat. I asked if they wanted me to pay their power or water bill also. All businesses have overhead-this is a ploy that car dealers do and it's trickled down to Tire Kingdom. read more

Not a good experience for the second time. I dropped my car off late morning for the free tire rotation and was told it would take a few hours. Two days later I still heard nothing from them after leaving voicemail. When I finally just showed up the surly guy who I'd been dealing with was unapologetic. Previously, I had asked them for help with a slow leak. They claimed it couldn't be fixed because it was on the side. I took it down the road to Moody's, an independent tire place who immediately found a nail in the middle of the tire and fixed it in ten minutes. Absolute worst shadiest car repair shop I have ever had the displeasure of attempting to do business with. First you get the ol' bait n switch on pricing, I waited 3.5 hours between two different days when they said "we can get you right in". My car was never fixed, then I was given the runaround on getting an appointment, apparently they do not take walk ins, you have to plan 2 days in advance just to get something done. Matthew, Patrick and most certainly Shawn are terrible, un coordinated and lacking in managerial, customer service and clearly terrible at time management skills. read more

First the language that was coming from the garage when I got out of my car was at best disgusting ..... and it wasn't like they were trying to keep it down, I don't care their thoughts on Mexican food, or which customers they don't like, the manager is very unprofessional , loud and obnoxious. The shop is very clean and everyone is very nice. However, they do not seem to want to take responsibility for their errors. I took my car in for an oil change and the technician neglected to put in sufficient oil and did not check to see if their was enough oil. I drove the car and now need an engine rebuild according to another mechanic. It has been weeks and I have not been contacted as to how they plan on resolving the matter. Meanwhile, I am without a car unless I want to pay for a repair that was caused by their negligence. I realize everyone makes mistakes but this company does not want to take responsibility for the actions of their employees. I have tried numerous times to talk to someone to resolve but my calls have not been returned. Unless you want to be stuck with a potentially hefty repair bill, steer clear. read more

I can definitely understand the low ratings for this business; overpriced services and lack luster customer service. The only thing positive is the newness of the show room and the cold AC, but that's not the primary reason you pay your hard earned money to a business. Service and satisfaction go hand in hand. Tire Kingdom fails both. If you want a better bang for your buck and, at bare minimum, good service; head to Firestone on 16th ave by the court house. They put businesses like this to shame. read more
