Instructions were given on where the key would be and where to place it, those directions didn't get followed and then they said I didn't give them key instructions. The basement wasn't cleaned due to them being worried about the dog. They claimed they couldn't find the light switch. The light switch is at the top of the steps and there's another set at the bottom. Dog was secured in the crate the entire time. Not once did anyone call and ask about the light switch, they didn't ask if it was safe to go downstairs and instead of just saying they messed up, they wanted to argue. In addition to that, there is a light right at the basement door before you open it, had they turns it on, they would've seen the switch ‍. My gut tells me they forgot or kissy didn't want to do it. It's terrible service, they did a very basic job and I do not recommend ever. ‍

It's 2200 sq feet; and paid $480 for two people to work for 6-7 hours (ended up being 6 hours). So here's the story: I originally had a quote in December for $480.I cleaned, decluttered, and wiped down the tops of dressers.I had another walk through completed, because the initial quote was only good for 2 weeks and it had been a month since the original quote.The day of service, I had a walk through completed hoping that it would be less, because I had cleaned and it looked more organized - it was actually quoted as more! I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT.So after speaking with the Angie, she gave me a discount. The cleaners came in and started working.I had to leave for a meeting, but I was asked to look over what had already been done. Everything looked good except for the blinds. I opened a blind and dust came flying out.When approached about the dust, I was told "all the dust isn't going to come off at once" (which the manager also stated after I complained to her about it).I left, came home and found many things wrong (see attached list due to characters max, I attached and not listed). Other issues not on the list: -clean surface area (except for door frames) -beautiful job on cleaning the bathrooms, kitchen, and in general good job of cleaning, dusting, and mopping. -both my and my guest bedroom beds made, which I asked them not to and I had dust and dirt when I uncovered the comforter. I feel like if you're going to make my bed, the least you could do was run the sheets out or wipe them down. They also took clothing that was on my bed, and put in my laundry basket (when it was not dirty). -They left trash liners in all trash cans, which they did not have liners originally because I like to conserve the environment and try not to use plastic unless needed -the pillows on my couches were cleaned, and put back incorrectly. -I asked them to get off one sticker on the floor in the living room and 2 in the basement, only one was removed. Michelle said it would be no problem. -trash bags were left out on my patio. Which 1) is not where you found the trash bag I had already started; and 2) I probably wouldn't have seen for months. I was told the reason they were out on the patio was "because they were was no outdoor trash can to throw them in". To which I asked, don't you take them and throw them in a dumpster? And I was told no, they don't do that. She told me she doesn't take out the trash, she just bags it and puts in an outdoor can, but since I didn't have an outdoor can - she put it on my patio. -my ceiling fans are still dusty (noticed after asked them to come back) -In addition the above, my lights were left on and my TV was unplugged. Little things like trashcans, nick knacks, items that were on my bed, and others were not placed back where they were found. I e-mailed the Angie because it was 830pm and asked her to call me tomorrow.She insisted we talk today, so at 9pm I had a conversation about my grievances.She professionally handled the situation and had the ladies come out the next day and complete my grievances at no additional charge.The ladies came back and were defensive and abrasive with me.The Angie asked me to write down a list for the ladies to use as a checklist.Michelle told me "she didn't know nothing about a list.Angie never said anything about a list, she told me to redo the blinds, the bathroom, the stickers, the door frames - if she wanted me to do something else, she can call me."So I called Angie and told her, Michelle came up later and asked what else needed to be done. She asked me to look at the job she did mumbling something under her breath like "this is why I don't like leaving jobs before people get to look at it".I looked and everything was completed.I walked through the house, I asked her a question about some residue to which she stated "I'm going to have to have Angie come out cuz I dusted that area twice now and there's still problems".Out of all the doors in my home, one still needed to be dusted. I ran my fingers and dust came flying down.Michelle responded "I don't where this dust is coming from. I cleaned it". According to Angie and these reviews on Yelp! these kind of concerns don't happen frequently, so I'm not sure what happened, but honestly I feel like if I had the time and effort to clean I could have done this job. But I don't! Which is why I hired someone! In addition, I was told that before and after pictures of my house were taken I asked for the before and after pictures that were told were taken. Angie told me that Michelle deleted them and they were only sent to her. Somehow I can't get them? She stated that there's a waiver I would need to sign before they used the pictures.

These ladies stepped in without hesitation and cleaned my entire home from top to bottom until every corner of my home was sparkling clean. I was super impressed with Angela's personality, professionalism, fair pricing, knowledge and attention to detail. I can literally eat off of the floor of my home if I wanted to. Her crew members are not only friendly, but very accommodating to any request that I had, which is much appreciated. They organized my fridge, cleaned the oven, and even took care of the dishes without flinching! The products that she used smell amazing! It feels like we are in a brand new home. I can now begin to make renovations to my home confidently. I am so glad that I decided to give Stellar Cleaning a try. I said my intent was to keep her team coming every two weeks but their performance might influence that decision. Well, A-Cleaning Service, Beatriz, does not give the benefit of the doubt to the new client. She simply said she canceled and would not send the crew she had promised. Obviously she does not lack for clients and can afford to be picky. Still I wish she had had a strong confidence in her team's ability to do a good job. Instead she pulled the plug on me and it was all over before it began. Not a good feeling. On the other hand I questioned why Beatriz never visited my unit, told me only that a new crew would come tomorrow at 9:00a.m I was not sure what to expect. She told me she would not be coming to make introductions of her crew to me or to inspect the property. And she added they speak Portuguese but can communicate with basic English. I hired this company specifically for a post-construction cleaning, and before booking I asked multiple times if they were experienced with post-construction cleaning. I specifically explained that I expected the ceilings, walls, window sills and tracks, light fixtures, inside and outside of cabinets, shelves, bathrooms, and all surfaces to be thoroughly dusted and cleaned because construction dust gets everywhere. They assured me they knew exactly what a proper post-construction cleaning involved. Unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing. When they finished, it looked like many areas had never been touched. Construction dust was still covering window tracks and sills, shelves, mirrors, bathroom fixtures, countertops, shower walls, tubs, toilets, inside and outside of cabinets, and even decorative fixtures. There was still debris left on the floors, dust around plumbing fixtures, and residue throughout the bathrooms. The fine construction dust that I specifically hired them to remove was still everywhere. When I contacted the company, I expected them to make things right. Instead, the manager became argumentative, raised his voice at me, accused me of trying to take advantage of the situation, and refused to provide any refund. That level of customer service was just as disappointing as the cleaning itself. At that point, I had completely lost trust in the company. Although they offered to come back, I politely declined because I no longer had confidence that they would do the job properly, and I didn't want to waste any more of my time. I ended up starting the cleaning myself and now have to hire another company next week to finish the job correctly. We were planning to move into our home immediately because we have an upcoming trip, but instead I lost my entire morning dealing with this and still wasn't able to move in. Prior to scheduling, I check their options online, I called and spoke with Lekia because I had some questions about their services and I wanted to make sure I was selecting the correct one. This is for a condo (rental unit/lock box for key on site) where previous tenants had made a huge mess. I wanted the cleaning company to clean under the washer/dryer, refrigerator and stove. I explained that there was quite a lot of work to do. I noticed they had two options, Deep Cleaning and Move Out. So my questions where, do you clean under the appliances and which service should I select to make sure I maximize my results, if both services are required, I'm ok with that as well. Lekia informed that only one service was required, Move out. This was to allow for everything to be done. I went back online booked my service and provided tip. The service was not available until Wednesday I believe but I included a note requesting for earlier cleaning if available. I received an email confirmation, they moved it to Monday. So far costumer service was ok. I get a call on Monday, letting me know that the cleaning was done but that they had left the key in the unit by accident. They asked if a copy was available, if not, they offered to replace the lock. Which was the right thing to do, except my rental management company was on their way to show the unit. So this was a problem. I told them, my mother who stays 5 mins away has a key and I needed that key to be back in the lock box within the next 15 minutes. I didn't anything for the next 20 minutes so I assumed the key was placed back. WRONG! I get a call from my rental management company looking for the key. They had to wait for Lekia to come back and open the door with the extra key. These should've being a warning for me. In the afternoon I get a call from my rental management asking me to go check the unit because it didn't look like it was clean. I stop by on Wednesday and yes, they didn't do a very job at all. I send them an email, Lekia called and as I was explaining my frustration, she started speaking over me, cutting me off, raising her voice, and decided to blame the management company. I told her that I couldn't continue and to please send me an email with her explanation, she did. I'm going to try to include copies of our email exchange but I think Yelp limits the amount of pictures. We exchanged several emails, my last one was requesting to be contacted by the owner and/or manager. I'm still waiting to heard back. I will include this review in Google Review as well.
