That's because there is no excuse for that kind of unprofessionalism. They arrived 1 hr earlier than the agreed upon time, took their time cleaning (I found them sitting around chatting), and when I confronted them about the speed of their work, they said they were here early and blamed my house for being too big. Afterwards I was informed by Yulissa that the cleaners claimed I agreed to a 4 hr cleaning when I said no such thing. Their cleaning however was decent, and after confronted, very speedy and efficient. Price is also some of the best that I could find. Give this place a try, but be prepared to supervise the cleaners closely.

One challenge is that it isn't always the same cleaners, and the quality has been inconsistent. Some visits have been great, while others have fallen short, which has been frustrating. The biggest issue, however, has been scheduling. I want to extend grace because cleaning homes is physically demanding work, and I understand that delays can happen. That said, the arrival times have consistently been several hours later than the scheduled window. If you decide to use Pilar's service, I'd recommend planning for the cleaners to arrive three or more hours after the time you're given. While we've had some positive experiences, the inconsistency in both the cleaning quality and scheduling has made it difficult to rely on the service.

They leave and we come in and see the TERRIBLE job. My room closet (both) were not vacuumed, they left several cob webs in the apt after we asked for them to be cleaned, the stove side wasn't wiped down and still had grease, there are dust bunnies every where, and make the house smell like cleaner to trick you. They also used all of my paper towels, soap, step stools and supples. I pay for you to bring your stuff and not use mine. I was told there would but be enough time for the organizing portion, but was still charged despite not receiving the service. I have called back several times to reschedule the organizing session. Once I was told they would call me back, the second time I was told they would send someone out, but they never showed up. I now keep getting sent to an automated system when I try to call. I sent an email on Friday that bounced back. I am very disappointed and at this point want a refund for the service I did not receive but can't even get ahold of someone to process it.
