The project went a bit over the expected time frame with some custom items being back ordered due to the Covid situation but the end result was worth the wait. All of his contractors are very talented and efficient and detail and clean up are an obvious priority for quality customer service.

*** 2025 review #13 ***…read more The contractor we hired recommended this store for their selection of vanity for our guest bathroom renovation. It was also located right next to the tiles store, so it was a super convenient. We had a quick shopping experience since it was close to closing time and we didn't want to make the 1+ hour drive again another day. We found the vanity we both love in a pretty midnight blue color, that we confirmed is available to order in brushed nickel hardware. That was a 5-star experience... but unfortunately everything from there went downhill. Anthony from the tiles store was our main contact to write up our order including this vanity (same owner for both stores). When our contractor finally was ready for us to pay for the order, we received the invoice that included a $350 delivery fee! Plus a mandatory California "energy surcharge" that's calculated as a % of order. We decided for $350 we can pick up ourselves. Scheduled pickup. Showed up with invoice, confirmed vanity with brushed nickel hardware. Drove around to loading/pickup. Again confirmed brushed nickel hardware. Opened sealed box to check countertop has no crack. Drove slowly back home with the heavy load. The next day, contractor's crew installed the vanity: with wrong hardware AND the color was just not right. I just got a call that "the wrong hardware was given to us" -- GOLD instead of brushed nickel. Our contractor reassured us that he will take care of it, he knows the owner, "no problem, Lily" ...... One month later... still nothing. Contractor forgot and didn't handle it but told us instead "the store didn't get back to him." By that time there were TONS of issues going on with the nightmare bathroom project that was going on 2+ months. The store now claims the hardware is NOT available in brushed nickel but we can pick from a bunch of hardware options that they will mail out to us instead, with no extra charges. We picked the one that's closest to the look and feel of the original hardware. They first claimed it was not available in the size we needed for our vanity. But that was apparently just another excuse (read on... later it turned into "it's too expensive/an upgrade we can't give you") We had to send them (supposedly the expert people working at this store) specs and pictures to show them that the hardware we picked had THREE sets of holes and it DOES fit our vanity. No apologies whatsoever, after WE had to spend more time in this. We were assured (again) that they will mail us the new hardware asap. 3 weeks later... still nothing! I've been patient enough. By now the nightmare bathroom project was wrapping up.... 10+ weeks, unbelievable! Lots of problems were out of our control, but this hardware issue is the one thing I can so something about. I got on the phone and escalated this "mistake order" and was then told "we cannot give you the hardware you picked because it would be an upgrade" I immediately sent AP stone countertops ALL the proofs showing a trail of paperwork from order confirmation, texts, pickup receipt, etc. and called them out on this failure of customer service. They grudgingly then agreed to mail out the hardware replacement we needed. What started as "great customer service" apparently only lasted up until we paid the invoice in FULL before pickup. Super disappointed in how they handled their mistakes, pointing fingers at each other, and putting us through unnecessary stress. Do not recommend dealing with such unprofessional salesmen. A straightforward vanity purchase turned into a whole nightmare and cost us a lot of wasted time and uncalled for frustration and stress. We will never trust a contractor referral, no matter how much we trusted that contractor... without doing our own due diligence and research for other customer reviews and satisfaction. Lesson learnt. PS: be aware that you may or may not get the color of the vanity you choose. Ours was a much DARKER blue than the vanity on display in their showroom.

The work that was done was a complete replacement of the kitchen, with new tile, countertops, cabinets, and appliances, and a remodel of two bathrooms, with new cabinets and countertops, and a custom tile shower. In addition, beautiful custom cabinets were built for an entertainment center and unique cupboards in the dining room, and special wood doors were designed for the bedroom and laundry closets. All work was done by Elie and his team, which included new flooring and baseboards, painting, and new lighting. Elie was always available by phone, text, or email, and he was especially helpful for me as I was out of town for the project, and he sent me weekly updates and videos. In addition, the work expenses were itemized and were followed exactly, except for a few change orders that he and I both approved, so there were no unexpected expenses. In September-October 2024, we trusted Tony, the owner of Capital Flooring, with a major renovation of our first home. Tony knew this was our family home and that we live here with our children, so we placed a great deal of trust in him and his company. Initially, we were thrilled with the results. Capital Flooring did beautiful work on our kitchen, bathroom vanities, tile floors, and vinyl flooring throughout our home. It truly felt like a dream come true. Unfortunately, just six months later, in April 2025, our vinyl flooring began shifting, lifting, and cracking. We contacted Tony immediately. He assured us that he stood behind his company and his product and that the issue would be fixed. The first repair did not take place until June 2025. During that visit, the installers attempted to address the flooring issues, but they also scratched the vinyl in other areas of our home. We reported the additional damage to Tony, and his team returned a few weeks later, toward the end of June, to address it. Unfortunately, the underlying flooring problem did not stay resolved. Several months later, the same issues began happening again. We contacted Tony and his team once more. They returned in March 2026, and Tony himself came to our home to see the problems firsthand. We appreciated him coming out personally and again believed that the issue would finally be resolved. Unfortunately, the latest repair attempt made the situation significantly worse. During that visit, the installer further damaged the flooring, broke our dishwasher, and damaged our kitchen cabinets--which were also designed and installed by Capital Flooring. We were left with additional damage to our home on top of the original flooring problem we had been trying to have corrected for nearly a year. Since that visit, we have spent months attempting to contact Tony to get these issues resolved. We have called and sent messages, but our attempts to communicate have largely gone unanswered. This is the part of our experience that is most disappointing. We did not expect perfection. We expected a company to stand behind the work and products it sold us. When the flooring began failing only six months after installation, we gave Capital Flooring the opportunity to make it right. We allowed their team to return to our home multiple times and continued trying to work with Tony rather than immediately taking our concerns public. Unfortunately, after multiple repair attempts, the original flooring problem remains unresolved, our home has sustained additional damage, and we have been unable to get a response from the owner. I am sharing our experience because prospective customers deserve to know that a beautiful renovation is only part of the equation. What matters just as much is how a company treats you when something goes wrong. We invested a significant amount of money and trust into our first home. We trusted Tony and Capital Flooring to do the job correctly and, when there was a problem, to stand behind their work. Sadly, that has not been our experience. Tony, I sincerely hope you see this review and choose to contact us. We are not looking for an argument or to damage your business. We have been trying to resolve this with you for months. We simply want the flooring issue corrected and the damage caused during the most recent repair addressed. We are still willing to resolve this directly and would gladly update this review if Capital Flooring takes responsibility and makes things right. Their selection met everything I wanted for my vision of my house. The quality of their materials are also really great too! Not to mention they provided me an excellent price for everything that I could not refuse. Their service was fantastic. Any help or extra pieces I needed for, OC Home Supply was quickly willing to assist me with. They have been very accommodating, understanding, and super friendly every step of the way. If you are able to fork out the extra payment to have their contractors install everything, I would highly recommend to do so. Their contractors work fast but most importantly do a perfect job of installing. I had them cut and install the quartz for my counter tops and fireplace and everything went perfectly. I have no complaints. If I could go back, I would have paid them to also build and install my all my cabinets and flooring too. Overall, my experience with OC Home Supply was exceptional.
