I was looking for a nightstand and found one I loved, along with a farm bench I was not currently shopping for, by the same vendor. Though both were very reasonably priced, it was a little more than I had planned to spend this day. I asked the owner if she would see if the vendor might consider a bundle discount. She was very sweet and quick to consider and follow through with my request. The vendor also quickly offered a discount for which I was extremely grateful. During this chat I had measured and was sad to figure out the bench would be too big. I happily took the nightstand and meanwhile the owner followed up with the vendor and me to hook me up with a brand new bench the vendor had been working on that was exactly the size I needed. The owner stayed in prompt and consistent touch with me, and I now have a bench that I adore, perfect size, and the store and vendor still honored the initial discussed discount without my asking again. We went through 3-4 of them trying to find one that had instructions and looked brand new. I appreciated him going through them with me trying to find the "best" one. When I got it home and plugged it in. The buttons on the fan don't work. The only thing it does is goes up and down and not side to side like my daughter wanted. My youngest daughter didn't mind it doing that, so they switched them out. I got a receipt sent to me via text. So I have no clue if they take items back. So I wouldn't recommend buying electronics here. But other things, yes. I did look up other items that they are selling on Costco app and they were the same price or a few dollars off.
