We called around to a few places and we chose clean and dry because they had great reviews, we wanted to support a local business, and they offered a military discount. Even with the discount, they were a little more than some of their competitors, but based on everything else we decided to give them a chance. I called and got a quote from Kathy (who is extremely nice and helpful). When I called back to schedule, there was some confusion on the original quote not including a hallway we had discussed so she said she would include the hallway at no cost. The owner, Stacy, showed up to our home, and as we were doing the walkthrough I mentioned the hallway and confusion. He said that he heard the phone calls, agreed they were confusing, and said it's normally 30 for the hallway but he would do it for free if we wanted him to. I agreed since that was what we were quoted, and he said, "You know what, I don't want to do any of it." When I asked what he meant, he said he doesn't work for free and said he was leaving. I was confused since he offered to do it for free, but he walked out. I don't know if he was in a bad mood already, but that is terrible customer service and he was extremely rude to my wife and I. There were so many other ways to handle the situation. My wife and I had moved all of our stuff out of the rooms and had our kids sleep downstairs so he would have plenty of room to work and since we wouldn't be able to access the rooms until they dried. Had he tried to talk to me about it we probably could have up with a solution, but he refused to do anything at that point. I called Kathy back and she said she would try to figure out what was going on, but I never heard anything back. I would recommend finding someone else to clean your carpets.

We had a water hose to the toilet break loose one night and flood the guest bath, one bedroom, 1/3…read moreof the office area and a portion of the family room. We called Clean Pros, explained our situation and they arrived at 9:00am. After agreeing to a very reasonable estimate, they begin cleanup and going through their process to ensure that no mold would occur. Five days later the entire process was completed and everything was back to normal. The process included moving furniture, sucking up water, sucking water out of vents, folding back wet carpet, removing wet padding, using fans for three days to dry carpet and floor, putting new padding in place, relaying and stretching the existing carpet in place, cleaning the carpet and putting the furniture back in place. I got in contact with Kevin at Level Up Pressure Washing to clean all of my concrete around the pool and whiten my power louvers and clean the gutters out on my powered pergola. Kevin was very easy to deal with and the pricing was very fair. Aron showed up at 9 am as planned and then finished up at 5pm. Keep in mind this was a lot of work. Aron was very good doing this job.
