I had a few projects that he promised to finish in 2-3 days. After paying for the materials, he kept cancelling appointments. Now, TWO MONTHS LATER & after over a dozen cancelled appointments, the projects are still incomplete. Everything's started but nothing's finished. I've got dug-up holes that have been sitting for weeks, to the point where my neighbors and HOA are complaining. He trimmed my trees but left dead branches outside for 2 weeks & all the leaves blew into my neighbors' properties. I had to clean it all up myself after their complaints. The worst part? He repeatedly said he'd come by, and after waiting all day, he wouldn't show or even have the courtesy to call me ahead of time. I've wasted weeks and countless weekends waiting for him. I even went on a 2-week vacation, came back, and discovered he hadn't done any work at all. I'm beyond frustrated with constantly calling and begging him to do the job I already paid for.

They use dead sod and charge unreasonably high amount for lous work…read more We moved into our new home recently and the grass in front of our house was not in good condition so we hired them to plant new sod. First, the business owner gave me unreasonably high estimates of time required to finish the job. He said it will take 3 people 9 hours straigt to do that. I live in a townhouse and we only needed our front yard and very small area in our backyard done. I agreed because I didn't know. On the day of service, only 2 people were present at one time and one of them was the boss, mostly supervising so basically they put one guy to work and charged me for 3. The sod they put was brown even when they were putting it, when I mentioned that, they told me that's how it looks now but will become better with watering. They charged me $1500 for dead sod and one man's labor. After 2 weeks of watering like crazy, the grass is still dead in places. I called them, sent them text but they didn't reply, but when I called them from a different number they answered, which proves that I have been scammed. My neighbors did their own sod and that look way greener and fuller than my professionally done, super expensive sod. So take my advise and hire an actual professional. Please do your research on amount of time required and types of sod so they can fool you like they did to me.

One of the pines was 100 feet and right over a fence. They managed to remove the entire tree without causing damage to the fence below, which was pretty astounding considering the immense sizes of the cut trunk pieces that kept coming down. They even took care to clean up everything from picking up tiny branches, to blowing the chipped debris off the road, to moving the metal gazebo back to where it belonged. When it comes to trees, Andrew knows exactly what he is doing, so you feel comfortable staying out of his way (literally) and letting him and his skilled staff do the job. Highly recommend!
