To my surprise, all three gentlemen, Big Bob, Julio and Little Bob all showed up in court. Bob Cucurull refused to sit with a mediator early on in an effort to come to some sort of compromise. So it went to trial early in the afternoon. Needless to say, I won. The standard for a professional and workmanlike service does NOT include bubbles, scratches and holes. Why they preferred to sit in court for five hours instead of fixing their mistakes was beyond me. In Little Bob's defense, I'm sure he was told to be there by the other two. Now I'll wait to see if they honor the court's judgment or if I'll have the sue them to pay on that as well.

We have had some trouble with it over the last year or so, and unlike the last time we had an issue, we decided to ask our family who they take their cars to, instead of just going to Sullivan Tire down the street. (Sullivan seems like it's sometimes great, and sometimes awful, depending on who happens to be working there at the time.) While my spouse and I are relatively new to the area- 3 years this summer!- our extended family has basically always lived here. They recommended Shepherd's, and I'm glad we took them up on the recommendation. The guys at Shepherd's are very savvy, correctly diagnosing our issue over the phone. We had to have the car towed to their shop, which is luckily pretty close to us in East Bridgewater, and they had it fixed before the end of the day! Our issue was fairly straightforward- a broken drive belt- but the fact that they had us back on the road again so quickly was pretty awesome! I am working with student's budget and Chris worked with me to keep the cost to a minimum. Compared to other autobody shops, the price was very fair. While in his shop, I noticed that he also did some higher-end work on luxury cars, and that's what I like about this shop: He'll work within your budget. Some shops won't bother to take on small jobs. The quality of work is very good; these guys are true professionals.

Paul and George I believe that is their names seem very honest. A lot of times what is quoted when I arrive to check in the car is less when its time to pay. I don't know many shops that's like that. Also, I believe they open early. I am not sure what time however both times I needed my car serviced before work and they were always opened around 7 AM. In addition, they are very quick with their service. I highly recommend them. The only negative is the location can be tough to find if you are not familiar with area. Do a quick google street view. I am not sure if it as good as it gets, but they are very close.

But he sold the business earlier this year to the guy who owns the body shop across the street from him, who owns several body shops in Natick and Newton. The owner who sold the business was able to take all of the customer records with him, so there is NO history of my cars or any customer's cars. It's a good thing I keep all my service orders on file so I have a record of the work done on our vehicles. The sole employee who stayed with the new owners is trying to run the shop by himself. It appears the body shop bought the business so they would have an auto repair shop to send their cars instead of having to farm out the business. I have found a new auto repair place in Framingham and will not be going back to International Auto Works or whatever they're calling it.

My car had a horrible rattling sound which, as far as I knew, could have been anything. A few hours after I dropped it off I got a call that it was ready.
