They even left out the fact that my car had a working navigation system, locking wheels and rear view camera in their initial valuation. I asked them to value it again and they added $275! Mysteriously, their repair bill increased by $350 with nothing done to my car except flat tires because their 'lot' is full of broken glass. They also love to treat you like a moron when their only interest is working with the insurance company to better themselves and rip you off. STAY AWAY PLEASE! This is your con artist, stereotypical body shop you dread to deal with because you know you'll eventually lose. We lost and it cost us thousands of dollars.
