He was extremely responsive since day 1 (showed up to to my house within hours), so much so that I don't think I really ever had to reach out to him. He got the claim check to be 3x what the insurance company wanted to originally pay, because he knew ever single itemized item they could not argue for all the work that needed to be done throughout our house. For example, since our floorboards needed replaced, that meant the walls needed repainted, and since floors needed replaced, that meant we needed to hire a moving company, and that stuff (our stuff) needed storage somewhere while the floors were replaced... I cannot remember all of the details, but there was lots of stuff like that which I NEVER would have thought of or even known, so I'm extremely happy I had Peter handling everything for me.
