My wife just took her Lexus, with multiple issues, to this location and even though the bill was $1600, everything was fixed and she was very happy. That makes me very happy. The service was fast and the mechanic was knowledgeable. Let me say a few words to people who gave one star reviews: everyone has an off day, all issues vary, and if you have been a customer for years, should you not give them some credit? You have one bad experience and then you ruin their ratings with one star. Shame on you. I always give everyone enough chances to give me enough information to make my reviews accurate and fair. My advice is to calm down and think before you make a decision that can be potentially harmful to a business that is really trying to do a good job. read more

If I could leave a negative 100 I would! They lie, misinform, do not return calls and quite frankly do not know how to fix cars. They had our car for a month when we were told it would take 2 days. Our car now has the airbag light on, which it did not when took it there and we were told it's out of their wheelhouse and need to take it somewhere else to have it fixed! Took my truck in for new brakes after they were making a sound. Only took them a couple of hours which was nice. The fun starts when I left, and immediately heard the same sound as before coming out of the front breaks. Was on my way home after leaving them a message about how my problem was not fixed, and before I knew it my steering was out of control. Nearly wrecking on the side of the road, I get out of the truck to find the brakes were GLOWING RED HOT and had caught my tire ON FIRE. Upon them not returning my calls for 36 hour due to being closed on a Wednesday, they then said since I towed it elsewhere that I would not be refunded. Just a flat out awful experience. Don't do business here if you can help it. Worst experience I've ever had at a mechanic shop and that is really saying something. read more

I am very disappointed. The gentleman I spoke with to schedule a state emissions inspection was polite and professional. However, when he informed me that I did not pass my safety inspection is when I found out he was a crook. Because safety and emissions inspections are state mandated I knew I could not get ripped off because the cost is fixed. However, he informed me that I needed $1200+ worth of work to pass. He offered to take me home while they worked on it. I told him thank you but I am taking the vehicle to my mechanic. My mechanic never charges me for labor because he is a great friend. He quoted me $241 for all three services recommended without labor charged. That's with an oil change in addition because he knew I was due. Once I got to his shop, he informed me that I only needed one of the three services quoted by your technician. Come to find out, I have heard Meineke employees are trained to upsell services and are rumored to also make a commission. I will not be back. read more

I set an appointment a week earlier for 8 AM and expected that my car to be serviced at that time but to be told it it would be worked on later in the day. What's the point of setting that early of a time and that your car can't be seen at that point. Apparently this location likes to double book appointments and is an inconvenience to customers. When rescheduling, they couldn't see me for another two weeks. Good luck at this location. read more

They did not try to oversell me or use high pressure sales tactics. Just took my minivan in this past week for the very first time with a broken flex pipe and leaking rack and pinion. I have to say, I refuse to go anywhere else now. Everyone has been so great and so helpful. I trust them. I have had many issues with other places not being honest and I have always ended up feeling like I couldn't trust what I was being told. That is definitely not the case here. I feel like my car is in the best of hands. The problem with my car was explained in detail and I was shown exactly where the problem was. If you are going to this place to get your air conditioner fixed, please, please go somewhere else. This is by far the most pathetic experience I have ever had at any place I have ever been too. The employees are absolutely braindead in every single way, it didn't only take me one time, not even two times, but 4 trips to this establishment because they wrongfully diagnosed the issue, and when they did find out what was "wrong" with the car they put a faulty part in, in which case I had to wait an extra 2 days, and even now I don't think it's completely fixed. The air is still hot when I have it blowing for long periods of time, and in my final trip, I went in to pick up my keys, told the mechanic what car I was there to pick up and he just sat there and looked at the computer screen, literally didn't even acknowledge me for a full 2 minutes until his boss walked in, THEN he got my keys. Save your time and money and don't go here, for anything, ever. read more
