Scam artists. Seen how they treat customers and won't be buying ever! Cars break down and rude staff! Don't waste your time or money!

I cannot say enough about Paul and Sherry. Aside from the fact that they had the exact car I…read morewanted, the process of buying through them couldn't have left me feeling better. They're an independent, family owned and run place, so you deal with Paul and/or Sherry directly. Want to buy a car at 9pm from a high pressure salesman? Try a big dealership. Want to buy a car from people who will look you in the eye later? Check them out here. I especially liked the no haggle approach, and the quality of cars they had on the lot. They're not over priced, not under priced, just fair priced. There are special touches such as going off the lot with brand new tires from Les Schwab (and not the bottom rung either) that Paul put on before he felt comfortable selling the vehicle. The vehicles were clean, the lot was well cared for, and I got what I wanted, not handed off to the "finance manager" for the door polish plan. They do have a company they offer warranties through, but there was zero pressure to the offer. The next time I or my wife are looking for a quality used car, they'll be our first call. Honestly, I'll even wait if they don't have what I want in stock. Genuinely good human beings, and an excellent experience.

Absolutely horrible. These guys sold my son his very first…read moretruck. He did it on his own and I am so happy and proud of him for working hard, saving money and getting a bank loan on his own to cover the difference. ** Look at the description in the ad I have attached for the truck. Pay close attention to line after line of total LIES.**. They took $15 thousand of my sons money and this truck didn't even make it home to our house. It broke down on the freeway, at night, in the rain, during rush hour. The engine shut off and left him stranded in the middle of the freeway. He was able to get it to the inside lane where it sat for hours on end until we could have it towed. The next day we had it towed back to Vancouver Auto Center and they had it sent out to service. A MONTH later he gets it back and drives it home. The truck wouldn't even start after that. Did I mention that Mo wanted to SPLIT the cost of the repair? He wouldn't even voluntarily honor his word. It wasn't until after some debated conversation he said he would cover it.... And the truck still doesn't even work. Mo is a manipulative type "A" personality who rolls everything back onto the customer as if ANY of this is my sons fault. They saw him coming a mile away and took advantage of him. He is a very responsible and respectful young man and it makes my blood boil that after four months, countless hours of issues and tow trucks and a ton of extra cash he is still without a dependable vehicle. Vancouver Auto Center should be ashamed. This is shameful. Please take your business elsewhere. Mo owes us $15k, plus extras. My son is borrowing a car and has a loan on a truck that he cant even use. Go back and read the ad about this "solid dependable" garbage. And to you Mo, none of this is my sons fault. When you speak to him dont cut him down and make him feel like an idiot because he had never bought a car before. This is on you. 100% on you. Shame on you. I'd give you zero stars if Google would allow it but you get one. Thats all you get.

On my Birthday 9 months ago (January 28th) I came in and bought a 2007 Audi A6. I fell in love with…read morethe car. It's my fault however for not heeding any warning signs or getting it inspected. To be fair, I really liked these guys. But every time I drove away the engine light came on. They kept "fixing" it. I think that was a mechanic issue though because they were having a difficult time keeping a good one. In April, the engine light was finally fixed and I went and got some tags. (I had spent 4 months with the wrong license plates(that they gave me) on and no tags previous to that) They had been driving this car prior to selling it. So there were more miles than the picture. I didn't mind, but it was also super dirty and not ready for me to drive off in. They wouldn't replace the dead battery either after telling me it was fine (it wasn't fine). I got over this stuff and left with a beautiful car, and then put a battery in it. I finally got around to having an Audi specialist take a deeper look. He told me that I should have never bought the car, that there are 5 oil leaks in different places that have been leaking for a long time, that I had a leak in my water hose and that that coolant leak had deteriorated some hose in there for a long time too. I'm only 19. I didn't know all of the ins and outs and life lessons involved with buying a car. I should have listened to help, but they seemed so genuine. With how deep they got into my cars engine and what not, unfortunately I think they knew about the other issues. It makes me sad cause I was planning on coming back. But now I just feel screwed and there isn't much I can do 9 months after the fact, besides either fix this car for over 5000 that I've yet to even pay off, or try to get a different car. The whole thing is so difficult to grasp, I thought it just needed some tlc. I'm stupid for coming here, for buying the car, for not having it inspected. The list goes on. Please if you go here have someone who knows what they're doing look at it. If you feel funny about the car, fucking leave. Annie with the Audi (that can't drive safely anymore) says hey guys!

I was very clear from the start that I needed to confirm a few specific mechanical details before making the drive from south of Portland. Specifically I asked for a cold start video to listen for engine health and a quick confirmation on whether the coolant pipes had been upgraded to aluminum. These are deal breaker items on these cars and it takes less than two minutes to check. Despite calling the main office and texting both the business line and a personal line for a salesman named Chris I got absolutely nowhere. I waited over 24 hours for a simple response and was met with total silence. If a dealer cannot be bothered to provide basic transparency or even a "we are working on it" text to a vetted buyer with an appointment then they are telling you exactly how they operate. It feels like they are just waiting for someone who won't ask the right questions about the car's history. I ended up cancelling my visit because the lack of communication is a massive red flag for any major mechanical issues they might be hiding. If you value your time or want a seller who actually stands behind their inventory I would suggest looking elsewhere.
