No. $2200 because the Entire Steering Wheel has to be replaced for a "temperature control" to be fixed. And not only that but it cost $98 for them to tell me that. Oh well. Look over your documents CLOSELY! I purchased a used 2013 JX35 for 8k for my daughter from these folks in Jan 2025. They pushed an "exclusionary non aggregate bumper to bumper full coverage" warranty on me for almost 3k. My daughter was taking the car to AZ for school so I really wanted the peace of mind and her to be protected. I do not purchase many cars and I really didn't trust them so I called a friend with 40 years experience as a car finance/sales manager and put him on speakerphone so he could talk to the salesman himself. He was reassured by the salesman that it was an "exclusionary non aggregate bumper to bumper full coverage" warranty so my friend said to buy it and away I went. The car was towed to their shop 2 times in the first 4 months and then was barely driven till May 2026 while my daughter was away at school. She drove it for 1 week when she returned before it broke down again. This time the service department quoted me over 19k for repairs then turned it over to the warranty company. Wouldn't you know it the warranty was actually an aggregate warranty and they only were covering a little under 2k. To add insult to injury the GM offered to help me find financing for the 17k shortfall on the vehicle with a KBB value of 4k. They also wouldn't let the car get towed off the lot till I paid a $98.00 diagnostic exam. The sales tactics used by Beaverton Infiniti are the definition of misleading and shady business practices. Not a company I would recommend. On a side note, the service department tried to sell me front and rear brakes even though I had new front brakes with under 1k miles on them and the rear brakes were considered fine at my last oil change. read more

Bought a $65k two year old car here with low miles on 11/13. Purchase process is to be expected. Yet another dealer that claims no negotiations/haggling, but they were magically able to find us more money on trade in and a better financing rate when we said no to the initial offer. Drive it a couple miles and realize there's a massive bolt in the front left tire. Tire is discolored around it- it's been in there for a while. Beaverton Infiniti boasts a '156 point rigorous inspection' on used cars, but didn't catch this? Now I'm wondering what else this rigorous inspection missed. Be careful what you buy here. We go back and they patch it, meaning we spend more time waiting around the dealership for something they should've fixed before they listed this car for sale. A month later (12/22) we notice the patched tire isn't holding air and can see the patch is leaking when we test it. We refill the tire to proper PSI and make an appointment. I told our sales rep, Dave, how frustrating of an experience all of this has been and he replies "the tire is something that just happens. I don't think there's any reason for a sour taste." The next day (12/23) I'm driving with our baby and the pressure light comes on. The PSI drops from 26 when the light came on to 0 within half a block. Fortunately I'm able to get to a safe spot before the tire goes totally flat- you could hear it hissing air. I call them- not a single person at the dealer asks if we're in a safe place, if we're ok, etc. They just ask if I can drive it in. I explain again no, it's totally flat. PSI = 0. Beaverton Infiniti is claiming that's a 'new hole' and totally unrelated to their (known leaking) patch. The car's barely been driven since we bought it, and the exact same tire HAPPENS to go flat? Seems suspicious. Now we'll be shelling out a few grand to buy all new tires from somewhere reputable as we aren't comfortable driving our baby on their handiwork. I took the QX80 in for an oil change. Routine maintenance as scheduled by the timeline of use. The SUV has been here for several oil changes and one fuel injection cleaning. Overall the service is good. The only problem I have is Infiniti sends me emails with a discounted price. When the service advisor reviews the service and inspections, the prices never match. We ended up purchasing the vehicle with warranty. A few weeks later it broke down. I have always taken my cars to the dealership for service. When we moved to Oregon I began bringing my QX60 here. The first couple of years the service was very good, but the last year or two the service has really deteriorated! I ask them to do and not do things to my car, and they completely disregard my requests and do whatever they want. At my last visit, no one acknowledged me when I pulled into the service garage, and I had to get out and wander around the facility looking for somebody to help me. And it's not like there were no employees available. Several were close by - yet nobody could be bothered to look up or ask if I needed help. I don't know what has happened to customer service these days, but it's getting ridiculous. I had just had my car washed and waxed the day before, so since a rudimentary car wash is included with service, I asked them not to wash my car bc I didn't want water spots all over it since they let them drip dry. Also I run my tires at 35 psi. I'm very particular about this. All four tires were 35 psi when I pulled in, and I asked that they be left that way. When I picked up my car, it was covered in WATER SPOTS! Good grief! I didn't say anything I just got in and left. After driving off, I saw that they had deflated all four tires, which were now at 32 psi, despite my request! Wth?! How hard is it? This is something they continually do at every visit! Why?! Since I was still close, I returned to the dealership. When I pulled in, there was a cluster of 4-5 'service reps' and mechanics standing in front of my car. Not a single person looked up or attempted to find someone to help me. They immediately scattered and vanished. Again I had to walk around looking for someone to help me. I found the rep who I had been dealing with, and when I mentioned that the PSI had been adjusted, he hotly informed me that 'it takes time for the sensors to display the current PSI' and that I was mistaken. When I insisted, he sighed and stormed over to my car with his tire gauge and manually checked each tire to confirm that I was wrong. He made his way around the car without saying a word. When he got to the last tire, I walked over to him and asked well ? He still didn't say anything - like an apology for being so rude or even an acknowledgement that the tires had been, in fact, deflated. He just simply said that he would take my car into the garage and have more air put in the tires. JESUS! What is WRONG with this guy?!!! I could go on. There was so much more unnecessary distress, unpleasantness and frustration to this visit. I cried all the way home--an unpleasant reaction I sometimes have after feeling victimized. This whole ordeal was disgusting and completely unnecessary and unacceptable - and for an OIL CHANGE !! Three years ago when I was in the process of negotiating my new lease, 4 sales people locked me in a room and started a deeply psychological pressure process (by pushing me to sign) to the point that it felt like I was fighting for my life. There was lots of screaming and yelling. I kicked one of them out and ended up getting the deal I wanted. But realistically, who wants an experience like this? No one; not even me, and I am a good negotiator and know how to read the numbers (read further below). I am at the end of my lease again, and yet again was not looking forward to the negotiation part. Not with Beaverton Infiniti. Alan contacted me, and I shared with him my dreadful experience from the past two lease negotiations. He said they were different now and it's all about transparency. "One person - one price" he called it. I was cautiously intrigued. Yesterday were my 5th and 6th visits to Beaverton Infiniti to discuss my next (third) lease, and I ended up walking out disappointed. Again. Beaverton Infiniti lured me in by a $8,550-$12,450 dealer incentive supported by $2,000 Infiniti customer loyalty program. Yes in fact the dealership changed their business model, hired all new staff, published all prices, incentives, charges and fees."Transparency" is the word they (Alan) used in all conversations with me over and over again building the atmosphere of trust and how much easier it is today to buy a car from Beaverton Infiniti. Nothing was hidden! So what's the trick? There is always a trick, and I found it buried deep in numbers which required a calculator. How do you get a $684.24 payment on a $48.6K lease? It supposed to be $520-$550 in this economy when the money is free. Well, because you hit your customers with 7% APR loan interest (money factor value multiplied by 2,400). For those of you who don't like math, this translates to buying a new car at MSRP on a 0% loan. A 7% loan completely dissolves the $8,550 dealer incentive over 39 months. You never buy or lease a car at MSRP. You just don't. You always negotiate. As I walked out from Beaverton Infiniti and went down the street to Beaverton Honda, their money factor (0.0011875) on a $37K 2020 Honda CR-V lease translated to 2.85% APR, and this is reasonable. Residual value was at 65% for a hybrid on a 36 month 12K/year lease unlike 55% for a gasoline Infiniti QX50 10K miles and a 39 month lease. Now that I knew where the catch was, my counter offer to Beaverton Infinity was to either drop the price by $4,600 or money factor to correspond to 2.85-3% APR. Beaverton Infiniti wouldn't negotiate, not even Costco terms. For those of you who are Costco members, Costco auto purchase/lease program generally gives you $5,000 off the sticker price. I offered to bring my own financing, and no surprise there: Beaverton Infiniti pulled their $8,550 dealer incentive. That's the second catch. I guess it really is "one person - one price" and no negotiation. I left. Deeply disappointed. I visited five more dealerships in the area in search of a new car (now that driving an Infiniti is out of question) and shared my story. The best comment I received on the 7% APR Beaverton Infiniti and Infiniti Financial Services offer to me was "Holly Lord!" This comment still makes me smile. Other dealership were transparent about their money factor, and it was half of what I was offered at Beaverton Infiniti. So much for customer loyalty. I don't feel I've wasted seven hours examining all number and calling around. I didn't waste $4,600 I didn't have to. Moral of the story: don't confuse Itemization and Transparency. I waited over a month and a half for them to do the repairs but every time they said it was fixed, it wasn't. I asked for my money back since they were unable to provide a car that worked prop. Tim refused and said I had to purchase another car from their inventory. I finally found one we liked and they sold it out from under me to someone else. I again asked for my money back. Again Tim refused and was very hostile and rude. At one point Tim was screaming at me to get off their property or he would call the police. Service department is terrible! While vacationing in Portland, our roof rack was damaged and we needed to have it repaired in order to safely bring our bikes back to California. The service department gave us a quote of over $1500 and promised us that they would be able to fix it in 3 days. After we dropped off our car, the service department made no attempts to provide us an update or even return our calls. Days later, Aaron called us and informed us that the part will not arrive in time and that we are just SOL. Beyond their unprofessionalism of not return our calls; given our situation, it is ridiculous that they wasted days of our time when we could have been looking for alternatives. We also called the nearest Infiniti dealership (Seattle) and were told that Beaverton made zero attempts to try to secure the part with surrounding dealerships. I bought my car and seemingly everything was great. I have permanent military plates. They took pictures of them to out in the paper work. I get the car home and the first thing was the original plates from the previous owner were still on the car. They covered them up with the infinti paper. A month later get my registration and NEW plates with tags!! So I call Greg again, since he was my salesman. He apologized and said he would take care of it. Also the registration is wrong too because it has the new plate numbers on it. So another month goes by, I finally get the correct registration from the dealership. But no refund for what they charged me fir the new plates. I call Greg again. He tells me it will come from DMV. So now it's been 3 months, still no refund. I call again today. Greg tells me it is coming from his office. WHAT!!!!! Why wasn't it sent then with the registration??? So I ask to speak to a manager. Tim calls me back. He is as worthless as they come!! No apology, cocky attitude, the more he talked, the madder I got. Supposedly I'll get the check by next Thursday Today is Friday. Why would it take so long to come from Beaverton to the coast?? These swindlers refused to sell us a used car for cash because we didn't want to finance it or buy the additional warranties. They insisted we pay $900 for "clear coating" even though this particular used car hadn't even been through the detail shop and the "clear coating" hadn't been applied. The funny thing is I received an email from them with a "drive away price" without the "clear coating" and they refused to honor it. On June 29, 2023 I wrote a review regarding an issue with my Ford Fusion and a needed repair of the computer touchscreen. I want to retract my review of the regarding the level of support regarding the repair. Beaverton Infiniti referred my issue to their management team who agreed to handle and cover the issue. I can now state that excellent sales experience now extends to their service department as well. I must also state that I when the computer issue first arose, I did not reach out the proper people at Beaverton Infiniti so I created part of the communication issue. Keeping in mind the car I bought was preowned, they could have said "bye" but they didn't. Since my car is a Ford they arranged for the repair to be handled by Damerow Ford. My treatment by Damerow Ford was less-than-satisfactory I would not choose to do further business with them in the future. read more

I accepted their offer, only to be ghosted for 4 hours, then told via text that the "deal did not go through", the deal they offered. Then 30 minutes later they call and the offer is back on the table. I sit down at computer to transfer the funds to their account that they provided, and about 30 seconds from completing the process when they call again and said the deal is off, they sold the car to someone else. I cannot speak to the sales department but the Service Department is wonderful. I've used them 3 times for my Infiniti that I bought through carmax. They show respect and courtesy, the work is done quickly and well, and provided a loaner. They washed and vacuumed the car before returning it to me, and I can only say great things. Aaron was my advisor, and Luis also assisted me, and they made working through my warranty at Maxcare through carmax a breeze. This is my first luxury car, and everything about the experience made me feel like highly valued customer. This last time, my car started making a mild ticking noise, and they identified the problem and had it repaired in 3 days (waiting on parts). I will probably only drive Infiniti the rest of my days because of the service I can get. Highly recommend. read more

We owned for two days before we noticed the drivers side floor mat was soaked and then we looked up to notice water stains on driver side a pillar, ceiling and sun visor which were also SOAKED. Due to Christmas we couldn't take it right back with them being closed. So 12/26 we drop the vehicle off to be fixed and detailed. We go to pick up the car TWO days later to notice there are still water stains all over when we asked that it be detailed. We then decided that after all this hassle and them trying to hide the leak and who knows what other issues they're hiding in the vehicle we want our money back! We then call them to get our money back and after talking to two managers they tell us we can't have our money back but we can trade it in for another vehicle on their lot for a lesser value then we purchased the vehicle. We literally got to drive the vehicle for two days before we had to take it back because there was issues. Very unhappy with the service and communication. They lack professionalism and I do not recommend you buying a vehicle from them! Also on their pamphlet they give you it says "why are we different" and #1 is "we are a full transparency dealership and #2 on there is "we include a 5 day money back guarantee" and #3 is "every car gets a rigorous 156-point inspection". I have been coming to Beaverton Infinity since I purchased a used hybrid vehicle in 2019. I have had 2 minor issues and 1 larger issue with my vehicle. Every time Infinity offered a loaner vehicle and convenient service (contact free when needed). My service rep sent me multiple update texts so I always know exactly the status of my vehicle and if a part is taking longer to arrive I am informed. When I had the larger issue, I was pleasantly surprised the my dealer rep did all the legwork of contacting my extended warranty company. In the end the warranty did not cover the issue but Aaron went to bat for me with Infinity and was able to get the repair covered. Don't hate the player, be prepared to play the game. Car dealerships are like beauty salons. Your mileage will vary based on your interactions with the staff. Some you click with, some you don't. Some interactions will leave you thrilled with the results and others may end in tears. In both cases, a poor experience can last a really long time and the reviews can be scathing. The short story is that it took me roughly one year to choose a car. I test drove cars all over town with a focus on German and Japanese brands. This was coupled with exhaustive research both on the internet and talking to owners of the different cars that made my short list. Even with all of my research and planning, the process can be incredibly frustrating if you are (a) particular and (b) patient. I had to walk away from another car manufacturer since they started dictating that all drivers in the Pac NW only want AWD in 2011 and stopped shipping other models to our region. I have endless admiration for my friends and family who just walk into a dealership and drive away with a car the same day. Wow. My experiences at this dealership ran the gamut. I didn't hit it off with the first salesperson and on subsequent visits made sure I spoke to someone different. I had to find a someone who was equally patient with me, since I am a car buying handful. Once you get to negotiating your deal, do your homework. Every car dealer is going to do what they can to maximize their profit. That is the nature of the beast. This location isn't great and can't compare to the luxurious showrooms at BMW, Lexus, Audi (brand new in Wilsonville) and Acura. But the good news is that they are moving into a new facility this March. This is the only Infiniti dealership in Oregon, so your options are limited unless you are open to working remotely with other dealerships in Washington or California. Yep, I did that too.
