Beaverton Infiniti was very welcoming and helpful. Anthony was very helpful with the whole process and made sure everything ran smoothly. Definitely recommend getting your next vehicle with Anthony at Beaverton Infiniti!

$65k car sold to us with a bolt in it. Flat a month later and Beaverton Infiniti claims it's unrelated.

Bought a $65k two year old car here with low miles on 11/13. Purchase process is to be expected. Yet another dealer that claims no negotiations/haggling, but they were magically able to find us more money on trade in and a better financing rate when we said no to the initial offer. Drive it a couple miles and realize there's a massive bolt in the front left tire. Tire is discolored around it- it's been in there for a while. Beaverton Infiniti boasts a '156 point rigorous inspection' on used cars, but didn't catch this? Now I'm wondering what else this rigorous inspection missed. Be careful what you buy here. We go back and they patch it, meaning we spend more time waiting around the dealership for something they should've fixed before they listed this car for sale. A month later (12/22) we notice the patched tire isn't holding air and can see the patch is leaking when we test it. We refill the tire to proper PSI and make an appointment. I told our sales rep, Dave, how frustrating of an experience all of this has been and he replies "the tire is something that just happens. I don't think there's any reason for a sour taste." The next day (12/23) I'm driving with our baby and the pressure light comes on. The PSI drops from 26 when the light came on to 0 within half a block. Fortunately I'm able to get to a safe spot before the tire goes totally flat- you could hear it hissing air. I call them- not a single person at the dealer asks if we're in a safe place, if we're ok, etc. They just ask if I can drive it in. I explain again no, it's totally flat. PSI = 0. Beaverton Infiniti is claiming that's a 'new hole' and totally unrelated to their (known leaking) patch. The car's barely been driven since we bought it, and the exact same tire HAPPENS to go flat? Seems suspicious. Now we'll be shelling out a few grand to buy all new tires from somewhere reputable as we aren't comfortable driving our baby on their handiwork. Beaverton Infiniti team- feel free to contact me.

I took the QX80 in for an oil change. Routine maintenance as scheduled by the timeline of use. The SUV has been here for several oil changes and one fuel injection cleaning. Overall the service is good. The only problem I have is Infiniti sends me emails with a discounted price. When the service advisor reviews the service and inspections, the prices never match. I hate the game of convincing the advisor that there was a coupon or email. Having to show the advisor an email to prove pricing is just bad. Fix the system Infiniti.

Beaverton Infiniti mechanic left all bolts loose on drive shaft causing a major safety issue. Will never trust them with my car again.

They took it in and concluded that we needed a new alternator. They replaced the alternator and we picked up the car. On the drive home, the car completely stopped working while I was driving downhill on Burnside. (Everything stopped working: radio, a/c, lights.) I was able to pull into a driveway before everything went out (it happened over the span of about 15 seconds). Even after I pulled into the driveway, I couldn't put the car in park, turn on the emergency brake, turn on hazards, etc. It was a very scary and unsafe position for me to be in. I called the auto shop and they said they couldn't get to me for half an hour, but they gave me a number to call for a towing service they work with. I called the number and the towing company couldn't get to me for an hour. I called back the auto shop and updated them on the situation. Someone from the auto shop came and took over holding down the brake in the car and waiting for the towing service. They then were able to take it back to the shop and they learned that there was a visible crack in the negative port of the battery and that is what was causing the problem. We decided to take the car home and fix the issue ourselves because it was actually a very simple thing to fix and we had lost trust in this auto shop. They did eat the costs of the new alternator and the towing service. But the fact that they didn't realize that the crack in the battery port thing was the problem before they put in a new alternator was very disappointing and if I didn't react faster, it could have put me and others in lots of danger. I will say the service was great. The people I talked to on the phone and at the auto shop were all very sweet and until my car stopped working, I was planning on giving them a 5-star review.

Upon arrival, I was informed that the balancing machine was not operational. While I understand that equipment issues can occur, I asked whether at least the tire rotation could still be completed. Despite having a scheduled appointment, my vehicle remained untouched in the parking lot for 55 minutes. When I politely inquired about the delay and requested an estimated completion time, I was told that no estimate could be provided. During that same period, another customer who arrived after me with a flat tire was serviced and departed within approximately 20 minutes. The combination of a missed appointment, the lack of communication regarding delays, and the apparent prioritization of walk-in customers over scheduled appointments reflects poorly on the customer service standards of this location. As a returning customer who purchased the tires from your business, I expected a significantly higher level of professionalism and respect for my time. Unfortunately, this experience has diminished my confidence in returning for future service and fell far short of reasonable expectations.

I actually had them remove the charge for one of my headlights. But, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed ignorance on their part and the possibility that they removed at least one of the headlights because "that's what the computer said to do". You know how that works? These independent non-specific-vehicle-certified shops get these computers that tell them exactly what to do so the techs don't have to do a lot of thinking? It sometimes compresses the time they work on your car, but it could cost the consumer extra stuff that you wouldn't otherwise had to do even if it's quicker. Of course no one is as quick on working on your car as a technician/mechanic who works on the make and model of your car all the time. Then there was the overspray on surrounding areas of where the work was being done which I had corrected later on. They also employed the worst cleanup job I've experienced from over 8 autobody shops I've had various cars worked on over the years; it was dust material inside my car and all over the other parts of the body that weren't worked on. They couldn't even just wash it down. There was more from the vent when I turned on the AC. But, their labor rates were downright cheap compared to many for this type of non-dealership-type work. So, if you're just into cheap labor and don't care about getting nickel and dimed on other stuff you don't really know about because you don't really know much about cars, then by all means this is probably not too bad of a place. Either way, I don't really trust independent auto repair shops that also sell used cars on the same lot. There's always something shady in those places. Also, if you live in the Tigard area and looking for someplace close by to get DEQ tested....DO NOT GET YOUR DEQ TESTING HERE! Let me remind you of the cost for DEQ testing: -DEQ Centers = $25 DEQ fee + vehicle registration fee -Canyon Auto Repair in Tigard = $90 + $25 DEQ fee + vehicle registration fee. If your check engine light comes on while you're there and you want these guys to just do some troubleshooting they're going to charge you for that. And, if you're sucker enough that you also want them to repair said problem they probably created to generate business then it's going to cost you even more.
