I was sold on the texture and hint of salt. The shop is clean and modern, gentleman behind the counter was friendly and professional. The smashed cookie was fresh out of the oven. $4 for a decently sized cookie. I showed some willpower and waited until I got home to eat it. Let's just say, it was gone in less than a minute! Absolutely delicious! Maybe I would have gone for a touch more salt but it was a great cookie. I would certainly return.

Easily 1/4 of the rise compared to the previous version and significantly less meat, with gyro meat replaced with raw onions. This won't last more than one night.
