When they tell you your car will be ready , IT WILL be ready, if there is a delay, they will call you and update you! If there is anything pressing that they run into while servicing your initial needs, they will respectfully call you, inform you about the pros and cons, how much time you have until you can delay the service, letting you know if the vehicle is safe to drive, won't cause any other issues, etc...This staff operates by a system, they keep LOGS of EVERYTHING!! I had no idea where to take my car for work. After doing a lot of research, I chose A-1 Expert. I definitely made the right decision. After talking with Chris and watching the crew in the shop, I felt at ease and knew I could trust them to do too work.
