I need a quick pick up of an arrangement that was pre-made. Surprised that the Trinity Plaza location was closed so I headed to the one downtown. Over the phone the woman was kind and helpful. Upon walking in the door I immediately smelled a strong "dog" odor... like as if they live there. The woman working there was not well kept, her nails were dirty, she looked like she had just woke up, on drugs.. I asked if she was a dog mom and she said, yes I have 3!!! She then brings my arrangement out the back. I just paid for it and left. It was truly disgusting experience !! Such a nice girl with terrible hygiene and horrible oral hygiene.. It's the fact that she is dealing with food and clearly has animals in the facility. The health department needs to check place out!!! I don't recommend this location. read more

Delivery was supposed to be made on Mother's Day which never happened. Monday morning at 8:30 a.m I was called and told nobody was home and that's why it wasn't delivered. I was home all day so that was a lie. It was then delivered later on Monday. These were the worst strawberries I have ever seen. It was supposed to have a pineapple daisy which never arrived and a Mother's Day ballon attacked. Great staff, horrible manager. Young lady looked like she was running the entire store, props to her but sorry for your manager. Couldn't catch either names, both started with "A". Younger one was great, while I was waiting I saw her back and forth taking care of business. Older one....she definitely needs training on how to be a manager and just over all how to talk to ppl. Quite rude. the DoorDash area was run by an older Caucasian lady, very slow also rude. Felt like I was watching the DMV sloth from that kid movie, except this one had a "I don't want to be here" attitude. Another younger girl, on the right register, very sweet. Was in there for a few moments, saw a good amount of staff I could tell they were working hard and appreciated the effort and hard work they were putting in. To the owner: might want to take a step back and reevaluate your staff, that young lady blows that middle aged manager out of the water. BIG TIME. And that older Caucasian lady, do yourself a favor and get rid of her. Arrangement was absolutely beautiful, flowers were gorgeous. Very nice person took the call and gave advice on how to get the best price by ordering online and told me what options to select. Also, the recipient was delighted with the arrangement and it lasted 3 days in the fridge since it was too big to eat in 1 sitting. And they told me quality of the fruit was just as good on day 3 as it was when they received it. I also included the personal card option which was a picture I uploaded. Big Kudos to their customer service and delivery! My Amiga was in tears of joy when she received the arrangement. My close friend just reached a big accomplishment with her career and I wanted to do something nice for all her hard work. I decided to send her an edible arrangement over flowers. I am not good at ordering stuff and having it sent as a surprise but I really wanted to do something. I ordered the arrangement online then realized she was leaving work early. I called them after placing the order and told them. They worked with me and made sure she got it on time. The balloon that went with the arrangement was larger than what I thought. The manager Angelina is very unprofessional and has the worst customer service. After driving to the Modesto location, and Manteca location to find out both of them are closed I drove an hour away to place an order 4 days in advance. My order was not ready when I arrived at the time I was scheduled for pick up. They told me the person that makes the arrangements were not in so I had to wait and when I finally received my item it was not even correct and was told I have to pay an additional $15 for my arrangement. My wife Order a box of fresh produce and some balloons and when they received the box it came with black bananas. We call and the lady says that's all they have left. I mean you could replace it with different fruits. Why would you go and give out black bananas to someone and made it look very not pleasant for their birthday. The Edible Arrangements in Stockton California was an experience I've never encountered before. I've been to plenty of edible arrangements locations before. Picking up my gift wasn't the problem, it was for my older sibling. When she opened up the plastic and attempted to pull strawberries off, the strawberries were very small and they were rotting, more than one had to be thrown away. As a place of business old fruit are definitely suppose to be thrown away and checked before continuing with the order giving. I had a little issue with my delivery, I messaged the owner Heidi and she answered immediately. The store manager Lindsay called me first thing in the morning and apologized for the inconvenience. This review is for the quality of the fruit. My boyfriend ordered me a box of chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day, which I did receive today. However, for him to pay whatever price he did(which I'm sure wasn't cheap because I was going to order him something from edible arrangements as well) was ridiculous for the quality of the fruit! My strawberries look dirty as if they aren't washed, some are bruised, and I had one bad strawberry that tasted horrible. Isn't it supposed to be "fresh fruit"? Sooooo, i ordered something off the website for my friends birthday to be delivered that same day and the person i wanted to send an arrangement to moved and changed their number without me knowing. Yikes. They tried to deliver the arrangement but no one got back to them and I didn't know what was going on. 4 days later and i finally got a hold of my friend and he had totally moved! he called them asap and they delivered the next day since it was pretty late when he updated his address and phone number. i received an email receipt right when he called.
