After already stating when I first sat with this punk that it was indeed covered under warranty. So since he was put on the hot seat when I asked for the name of the person whom passed my husband's inspection and shouldn't have, he got awfully offended (as any guilty person would) and said he wouldn't give the name (that I have now thanks to my husband's inspection papers) and also now he wasn't going to cover the job on my car under Toyotas warranty...didn't know we can pick and choose when to follow that. The whole funny part about this is someone is supposed to be his manager and not once did that person come to the customer (me) to discuss this after seeing and hearing there was clearly a problem going on. We confirmed the inspection when booking, upon arrival, and before leaving. Two days after waiting 2.5 hours instead of the estimated one hour and paying over $500, we discovered that the inspection was never completed. When I called, Michael offered a half-hearted apology and told us to return and wait another hour. I explained that we do not have another car and could not spend another hour waiting for a service that should already have been completed. When I said I would leave a bad review, he hung up on me. Failing to complete a service that was requested and confirmed multiple times was unacceptable. Hanging up when I raised the issue made the experience worse. I would not trust him or Friendly Honda to follow through on an appointment or handle a mistake professionally.

As you remember, I paid over 6,000.00 for your services and regret every minute and dollar spent. I should have asked for the accreditations of all the people who worked on my vehicle as I believe they were more BOCES than Jaguar trained, yet I paid the big bucks for what I feel was no more than Craigslist mechanics. Let's begin with the loose steering. The steering wheel still has play and earlier this year I brought this to your attention but you refused to look at it unless I paid a 67.00 fee. Since when does a shop of your "caliber" look for money to inspect warranty work? That's why I wrote to the Better Business Bureau and they published my complaint regarding tour work. Next is the alignment which you did twice and admitted, "That's the best I can do". At 275.00 for an alignment I would think you could have made this big engined vehicle...12 cylinder go down the road on a straighter path. Let's talk about the brakes, 1500.00+, which pull to the right and the front hose which I was charged 101.00 leaks. The brake light keeps coming on at the oddest times, and then shuts off. Finally the "Minor" tuneup which you gave the car. You didn't clean out the mouse nest which took me 2 hours to remove, but you did tell me there were leaves. 970.79 for a job that left my idle to this day erratic, and quite a few vacuum hoses which you "forgot" to reinstall. I inspected terminals which were not cleaned but corroded. And one more thing, the PCV valve which you replaced for 104.83 and mentioned it really didn't need it but it might have been original, so why not...but the engine breather which was adjacent you didn't touch. I read the manual, removed it and soaked it in gasoline to remove the molasses like crud in its lattice work shaped body. I also scraped the gunk around the pipes which I am sure you should have looked at as it was so close. Jeff, you and your crew did a disservice to my beautiful 1989 5.3L XJS convertible. This year since you worked on it has been a nightmare as I believe you didn't solve the problem but became part of it. And yes, because I know you will use this...I did complete your survey immediately as I trusted you, but didn't know the negative issues until I drove the vehicle and it was too late to retract them. You used this against me when I disputed 2,900.00 worth of your work with American Express, and you won the case. Sly...very sly. My vehicle, as we reach the 1 year warranty point which you will not honour has been driven less than 4000 miles which again fits into your warranty specs, is not where I want it and reed it to be...I feel I have wasted a great deal of money and would not recommend your shop.
