I've been told they, being new are still working on their timing. I had no issue with how long it took to prepare my meal. I had a Top Sirloin, cottage cheese & salad. I had to pass on the roll & croutons. My steak was a good size, prepared as I requested, as was my salad. Everyone here is quite polite & definitely is a country style relaxed, like you have known each other for years atmosphere. I didn't know anyone here.
