I stopped by here as part of a massive detour caused by the severe flooding in Missouri. What a site for sore eyes! We were just rounding a bend when we saw the dairy barn - a small shack of a building with a tiny lot, white paint flaking off in the ferocious kansas wind, and a doorbell for a drive-thru. Judging by the name, you might assume they only serve ice cream. Don't let that fool you - this place is everything DQ wishes it could be, and more. They have a huge selection- burgers, burritos, funnel cakes, root beer floats, etc. Come with an apatite or you will regret it for the rest of your week. Also, I would like to apologize to the woman who helped us in the drive through. I was so excited to get crinkle cut fries that I cried out when she handed them to me. In the future, I will try and refrain from screaming until all of our windows are rolled up.

It's all delicious! Be prepared to wait if you don't call ahead. It's quite small but definitely one of my favorites.

Normally I don't eat fries, especially crinkle cut, but these are some of the best fries I've ever had!

Well let me start off with the fact they are over an hour away from our home. Considering they have ruined us on any and all other burger and fries, it might become a habit. Husband had the Blackberry Bacon and Blue Cheese Burger. I do not on the norm like blackberries, but on this!!!! The blackberries sweetness stands against the strong overpowering blue cheese and they meld well to make a wonderful tasting combo. I ordered There Goes My Gryo.....how did they get a freaking lamb burger, a very lean meat be that juicy!?!? I dont know but with the peppers, tomato and onion made a fresh hamburger, might be good with some kalamata olive....but I am not complaining. It was delicious. I am picky on my fries and usually dont eat the full amount restaurants serve. I had to stop myself. They are more like a shoestring but not hard or crunchy. Seasoned wonderfully! My suggestion you go in there with a big appetite, grab lots of napkins and be ready to devour the best burger you've ever had!

I never should have listened to those who are not fans. My husband got 4 twisteds--2 chicken and one of each of the other flavors. They were all so good. And the fresh fried chips were delicious too. I got the fried swai. My husband is not a fan of fish but he kept stealing bites off my plate, it was that good. The batter was light and crisp. And the portion was huge. I LOVED the honey mustard coleslaw. I'm a slaw snob, and I have high standards. I look forward to eating the slaw again. The garlic Parmesan broccoli was good too. We will be back.

All their food is named after musicians. I had the Hank Williams hamburger, with spicy bacon jam, Cheddar cheese, and a couple of fried onion. The burger was delicious, the bacon jam not overly spicy for me but worked well. Great burger. Came with seasoned fries, also quite good. They brew some of their own beer, which both my friends and I thought they still had a little ways to go to perfect that. I had their Irish Stout which wasn't bad. A little more bitter than Guinness but ok. Definitely great food for a bar, and their craft beer will get there soon. Parking is around back.

A couple of good waitresses, but they are talked down to by the upper manage ent. the outside dining is nice, other than your conversations could be being listened to on the camera system. On the regular pork tenderloin, the lettuce/tom/pickles/onions are extra, as is the Mayo. But it ends up being the same price as the other tenderloin options that have condiments included, so I don't see the additional charges as a big deal. Look at it this way, if you don't want all the toppings, you don't have to pay for it! But, wow, there was a LOT of fat on my regular fried pork tenderloin. So much so that, so sorry, I couldn't eat bites I had taken. I'm so sorry for the gross pic but it was a lot. It wasn't just one or two bites. It was still good and I still enjoyed it. I was very full at the end of my meal. The meat was thick and seasoned well. And the breading was nice and crunchy. My problem with the location was the gaggle of children running the pool tables. Or rather running around and playing around the pool tables. When I first got there, they were not playing around the pool tables. And then towards the end of my meal, they started a "game" of pool. I was so nervous that I was going to get hit with a pool stick that I moved to the other side of my table. Just in time, too. Apparently this place is like a Chuck E Cheese on Saturday afternoons so the parents can drink and the kids can run rampant. I really wasn't expecting that at all. I'll come back when the kids are in school.

I got a large vanilla milkshake through the drive-thru window. Service was super fast even though I could see a line of people inside. My milkshake was thick and cold. The burger was fresh, with fresh vegetables, and tasted great. The onion rings were hot, and perfectly cooked. The reason for the 3 star rating is the service. The young man that served me, made it feel as if my being there was annoying to him. He was almost rude in his attitude, giving the feel of "here's your food so now leave", instead of being welcoming at all. This wasn't the first time I have gotten this vibe from the workers here (probably one of the reasons I don't stop often), but this was probably the best (worst) example of it. Hoping he was just having a bad day, but will probably be a while before I return.
