They closed all the holes in the walls (no more air coming in) where the old convectors were located; they repaired the flooring so that it looked seamless; and they installed baseboards to mask the gaps left by the new convectors, which were a slightly different size than the previous ones. (The convectors were installed by a different company, so they coordinated with them nicely). They also installed a brand-new lighting fixture on the bedroom ceiling (lots of concrete drilling involved), hung a metal shelf in the bathroom, and closed all the holes in the kitchen left by the previous contractor when the kitchen was remodeled. No more mice! Wonderful service, punctual, and would happily call again for anything else I may need.

The morning of Brian sent a text confirming the time. I say "Yes". He replied "Ok, see you soon". 10:00, 10:15, 10:30, no Brian. I messaged to ask if he was still coming. He replied "I was unsure if today seemed like a good time for you. I didn't have chance to speak to you before. There was a lack of communication. But I would love to get you scheduled for a quote and speak with you about your project". Like, what? I replied that I had JUST confirmed 45 minutes ago and that he said "Ok, see you soon".
