But even more amazing than my flowers was really the customer service and attention we received from Bruce. My husband and I know little to nothing about flowers. We weren't even really sure what we wanted for our wedding. We came in to meet Bruce with a couple pictures I found on pinterest and lots of questions! Bruce made us feel incredibly comfortable, walking us through the whole process. He described the differences in flowers, made suggestions for our centerpieces, and overall knocked it out of the park. We even came back to him when we realized we were over our budget and he helped us make adjustments to meet our budget. Quite obvious they made my arrangement with OLDER and POORER QUALITY FLOWERS !!! What I do recognize that mistakes can happen , but when they do any ethical company apologies and makes compensation or corrects the problem ! If you bought an appliance and it doesn't work they refund the money !!! In this case THEY DIDN'T CARE AT ALL AS THEY HAD MY MONEY !!! I am 78 years old and have NEVER WRITTEN a negative review , but in this case there handling of the situation was so HORRENDOUS that I actually felt it was my duty to protect others !!!! The staff is so knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. I brought my friend here who wanted to start getting into maintaining indoor plants in her new home. She picked out a few succulents and a gorgeous pot from Olive's Bloombox and they happily potted all of them into the pot for her to take home. They are so incredible and their stock is constantly changing, so go often & search high and low! There are always some seriously unique gems here that I can never find anywhere else and I love them for it. :)

So on my way back I passed another business and was looking at things in the windows and at the end I saw some plants. So I go in and talked the young lady and she was very kind and helpful and took her time to show me what she had to sell. I picked out three cute little plants and she off to box them together since I was walking. It was a really great experience and look forward to returning again.

We discussed another design with an ombre effect of red on top then pink and then white roses at the bottom. I gave her a $120.00 budget + $20.00 delivery. I asked for a picture before it was sent out since I was out of town and not attending the funeral. I got the picture and noticed one of my daughters names was spelled incorrectly on the card. She said it was already delivered and I requested it be corrected and suggested for her to call the funeral director to replace the card. She sent a new card so that made me satisfied. I have heard the arrangement received many compliments. The attached paper card looks cheap and should be more elegant and sophisticated. It does not match the beauty of the rest of the arrangement. Overall I am satisfied because it looks sweet and feminine for a grandma from her 3 granddaughters.
