I ordered over the phone. Once I got there my fried rice was cold as ice and my wing was hot as hot stones. The manager KIM came out yelling to giving my money back in of remaking my rice. Ver rude, very nasty, very unprofessional!! They changed owners and the food and service has been HORRIBLE ever since. If I could stand outside the door to warn ppl of the service I WOULD !!! What happened!! When I lived in this area a few years ago I would stop in and the wings were really good and they were nice size wings. I stopped by a friends yesterday and we ordered from here and the wings were like little nibblets. I mean literally they were baby wings. this was really disappointing. I hate when places like this start cutting back to save money charging more and giving less. They have decent wings but not the best being there are sooo many wing places around the metro Atlanta area. It does take sometime for your food to be done so i suggest calling in your order. Upon my last visit i ordered wings and they put in butterfly shrimp. They were quick to correct it. I only eat here bc my job is across the street so they are convenient. read more

My new favorite place to get wings on the South side. Wings are always hot and crispy. Nice sized and the fried rice is good! I love the fresh not overly cooked veggies in the rice. I only wish they offered Cajun as a flavor. I haven't tried anything but fries and wings and fried rice. read more

The house fried rice is always on point. The size of the wings tend to vary but the flavor is always on point. Not a fan of the gyro. Wish they would answer their phone for call in orders. Good overall. I had the 15 pc combo, half hot lemon pepper and half lemon pepper only. I enjoyed the hot lemon pepper most. Something about the lemon pepper just didn't sit right with me. I walked in the business today November 29, 2018 around 6:15 PM. There was 1 person ordering food and 2 cashiers. No one greeted me or ask if they could help me. I waited while this one customer was undecided about his order. I ask if the other cashier who was standing there watching the customer and other cashier if she could take my order? I was told she was only taking call in orders. No one was calling and 2 customers in an empty establishment. I walked out due to poor customer service. Place has went from Great to OK. You win customers with quality. Over the last couple of months I've witnessed a change in the rice it went from 3 large shrimp to only 3 small shrimp. Really 3 shrimp in all that rice and the wings are smaller in size and not seasoned as much. Seems like a lot of short cuts from what I was use to with them. Food quality is a must. The food was really good; I think the sauces were home made; this made the stars go up; the staff was friendly and really concerned about customer service. The portions were good sized for the price, too. The only problem I had was the cleanliness of the place; the floor was sticky and gross; however, there was an attempt to sweep, so I appreciated that. There were patrons there who allowed their children to run and scream, so the ambiance was non-existent, but I would return for pickup of food...but I will never dine in again. read more

If there was a no star rating that's what this place would receive from me after and very unwelcoming experience and encounter just a few minutes ago with the "manager" who said her name is Laura. She a very rude, nasty, unpolished, young Latina who, if she doesn't learn real management and people skills, won't have or keep a job too long! This was my first time in this place and upon entering she neither looked up from her register to acknowledge my family and I or greet us. Once at the counter she never once asked us how she could assist us and we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. So, for at least 10 minutes we had to navigate the menu ourselves to figure out what large order would work for our big family in town for the 4th of July holiday. We finally figured out that they had a family menu clear on the other side of their menu board and had the "manager" bothered to help us we could've figured it out a lot faster rather than have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for her to help the new customers that filed into the restaurant while we were trying to figure out the menu. After complaining to her about her behavior, which she made excuses for and never apologized, I asked for the owner's name and number and she claimed that she couldn't give out his personal information. So, I asked for the number to the restaurant and the owner's first name. She just pointed to a to-go menu and told me the number was on it and completely ignored my request for the owner's first name. I asked again this time asking both her and the other employee working the register and was told they couldn't give out his personal information. After this episode, my family and I left and probably won't return. The employees here need some serious training! It's sad that we'll accept any kind of behavior now and still be willing to spend our hard earned money at places like this who don't value us as customers.
