I had Lifta respond via AAA to replace my flat tire. My technician was actually great. He was…read morepersonable. It was snowy and he worked quickly so I could get on my way. Unfortunately, the spare tire wasn't tightened (Which I didn't realize). I stopped twice on my way home to double check to be sure I didn't have a second flat tire. I only drove the car home that Saturday, and my husband drove it Monday morning to have the tire replaced. It didn't go any other place. My husband also thought he had a flat. When we took it to be replaced, the service tech sent us a video of how loose the tire was. Well, the loose tire damaged the tire studs. We had to pay $406 to have new tire rods put on. We have a video showing the loose tire, an invoice from the service department saying the damage was from the spare tire not being tightened. AAA and Lifta refuse to reimburse us for the $406. Sad that the tech was so nice, but this is terrible service.

He already had a vehicle on the bed of his tow truck but was happy to use the fork thing to lift our van and pull us to a nearby parking lot. Even though we cost him 30 minutes out of his day, and it was raining and very cold out, he refused to charge us or even accept a tip!! I ordered the part and it arrived very fast but there was a mistake on my end because it was the wrong year make despite being the same generation. My ebay account was suspended and I reached out to their facebook and they were SO helpful and offered to look at junkyards in the area for the right part and do a swap with me. They looked and couldnt find anything and were great about me sending the part back a little late.
