Came at the perfect time right after their rush, they had plenty of staff and everything seemed to be running smooth! The restaurant was clean and there were plenty of tables. I ordered the waffle and pot roast eggs benny. The waffle was cooked perfectly! It came out hot enough to melt the butter. Their syrup tastes so good too! Ruined Mother's Day Breakfast - My family and I were frequent customers of this establishment but will never go back now. I called in an order on Mother's Day. My son picked it up. When he got home my meal was missing. He drove all the way back to J. Christopher's to pick up the meal but was told they did not sell that particular meal on Sundays. At no time were we told this information when we called in the order or when we went to pick it up. We were still charged for the item when he got to the restaurant. Still, nothing was said. We don't live close to this place and with gas at $5 gallon there was no apology only a gift card given for the amount of the meal. Nothing for his inconvenience and my ruined meal. I ended up not eating breakfast as at that point I was so upset and disappointed I was no longer hungry. Horrible experience. read more

We came as a family to eat today and we were highly disappointed because we have been here several times. Our server didn't come to our table till 15 mins after seating. I had got up to go ask when someone who said she was not our server but was going to get our drinks. We ended up having 3 different people bringing out food taking orders. The food was good nothing wrong with our orders. The service was horrible and had to tip lower than what we always tip because of it. Mind you the restaurant was not busy and every server that came did not apologize for the wait or anything. We had to keep asking for syrup , we needed water, when we asked for jelly / jam only 2 were brought not the actual container mind you everyone had biscuits and English muffins. It was an okay experience. I went in with my two toddlers in tow. The best part was how friendly every single person was with my little people and how quickly everything came out. We probably hit a sweet spot coming in mid-morning on a Tuesday. The worst part was that the food is priced too high. I spent $40 with 20% tip for four pancakes, a sandwich (that came with a side of potatoes), and a cup of coffee. The pancakes are regular sized and a stack is only 2 pancakes. My toddlers split a stack and gobbled it down before my sandwich (which I ordered after putting in their pancakes) came out. I ended up ordering a second stack as they had no interest in eating any of my food. I didn't try their pancakes but I liked my sandwich (the BELT, which I ordered with scrambled eggs rather than the fried one it comes with). My potatoes were okay. We don't live near here and certainly wouldn't make a special trip for "okay" breakfast. If in the area again, I'd try a different place. read more
