I came here for brunch with my sister and my son, and this is actually one of my regular spots. I was excited to bring her because I've been here a few times and usually have a good experience. The vibe is always a plus. It's bright, welcoming, and a really easy place to sit and enjoy your time without feeling rushed. Definitely good for families, brunch dates, or just catching up. The food overall was good and came out looking fresh. Portions were solid, and everything was presented well. However, this visit wasn't my favorite compared to my past experiences. A couple things were a little off, which caught me off guard since I'm used to it being more consistent. That said, it's still a place I'd come back to. I think it may have just been an off day, because I've had better visits before. Overall, still a solid brunch spot in Atlanta with a great atmosphere. This was easily the worst dining experience I've had in a while. The wait time was great, and getting on the wait list was easy. The staff were friendly. The server was inattentive, and didn't come by unless she was doing something specific for us or requested. The food took forever to come out and when it did it was cold, and had been under a heat lamp for a while. I even got eggs that I said I didn't want. The hash browns tasted like they were frozen. I'm am not one to complain usually, but this was by far one of the worse meals I've had in quite sometime. There were five of us, the place was busy which is fine but it took over an hour and a reminder to get our food. When it came out the food was dried out from being under what I assume a heating lamp. The gravy had a skin on it , the eggs were so rubbery that the knife had a hard time going through the egg. The poached eggs were hard boiled not runny at all. Had the most wonderful first experience here. Food came out perfect. And on time the whole place was so adorable inside watching espn over the bar my server was so up beat and gorgeous super attentive. As I sat in the booth enjoy a most impeccable meal. It's hit or miss. When the order is not prepared correctly. Then rather than take the entire plate or leave the order on the table until the new one arrives they exchange the one item that usually takes just about long enough for the other food to come cold. It's breakfast, you know what I mean, it's not too difficult to create. And my work is calling in orders that are not made correctly, I always sense that the cook does something unspeakable to the food when the orders come back - I know this sounds horrible, but I've seen it happen before. read more

The food was pretty good, the service today was a little slow. The place was packed so will give grace because of that. They have a decent amount of options for food. Their seasonal lemonade was a favorite of the kids. I got their bravacado goats and don't plan on getting it again. The flavor was lacking and once I took the onion off thinning it be more of a mix it was just acaso and egg that wasn't seasoned. To say I was displeased with brunch would be an understatement as this was by far one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a while. The waitress was inattentive and only came by the table when she absolutely needed to. We even needed to ask other staff for items. It took forever to get our food, if you can even call it that. It was cold and was clearly under a heat lamp for quite a long time. The hashbrowns tasted like they had been frozen. The "poached" egg for my eggs Benedict was fully cooked - without any yolk. I came here because I always drove by and wanted to try a new breakfast place. The Service it is amazing and Courtney did a great job! 10 stars if that is an option. The food was good and I had the power bowl with eggs, bacon, avocado and some greens. The greens had a dressing that was somewhat of bitter/sweet. The flavor but was good but not a WOW factor. I also had a single pineapple upside down pancake which was good. While the service and the ambiance is great, welcoming and warming. This is not for me. We enjoyed our brunch. We did not get anything fancy. Their grits do have a different kind of seasoning and some cheese and they are delicious. I ordered a gluten-free pancake, and it was also delicious. It's pretty loud environment with music in people. The servers were friendly and attentive. The only negative thing we have is that the booths in the middle of the café are small and there is no place to put your purse or your coat or anything you might have brought in. It seems like a hook on the end of the booth would be an easy solution for that if it were possible. We will definitely return. We went on a Sunday at 1 PM and the crowd had died down and we did not have a long wait at all. I have a feeling that it does get pretty crowded in the mornings, especially. It was also a little pricey... Almost $45 for the two of us for basic breakfast. read more

We checked this spot out for a early weekend breakfast. While it is a chain, we picked jy due to the great menu and being super kid friendly. We were seated quickly and had good service throughout. They have a great kids menu where entrées are $7.99 and include pancakes, eggs, waffles, and a drink. The portion of the kids pancakes came with strawberries on top and was a huge size so we all got to sample them. I tried Juan's breakfast tacos for $13.50 which came with three well sized tacos, pico, and flavorfully cooked eggs, as well as toppings. Table for 2 for breakfast As we approached, we noticed they had a huge shared parking lot. When we entered, the host was helping someone at the front, so we waited about five minutes. Once he was free, he seated us at a table for two and provided us with a couple of menus. The dining room itself was fairly spacious but not overly crowded. Our server, Gracie, came by promptly to check on us. Wifey ordered an orange juice and an Americano, while I went with a Café Mocha -- no whipped cream. For food, Wifey chose the "OMG! French Toast" with a side of bacon. I was leaning toward French toast too, but also wanted some eggs and bacon. I mentioned this to Gracie, and she suggested getting The Snooze Classic and adding a slice of French toast. I took her advice -- and it turned out to be the perfect balance of sweet and savory. While we were there, I overheard Gracie helping another table. She was great at offering recommendations based on different dietary needs -- clearly very knowledgeable about the menu. Good food and service. Not sure what temp the bowl is to come out at, as it has food that is supposed to be served hot and also food that is to be served cold. This bowl was good and filling. I got a single pancake flight, which is a smaller pancake, which was very good. No syrup needed. Food came out slow and they weren't even busy yet at 820am on a Saturday. I've been going to Snooze since it opened in Colorado so was excited to see one open near me. It was a quiet Monday morning and we were promptly seated. Lots of things in the menu were "not available" including the special of the day. We had to wait awhile for food even though they were not busy. Enjoyed blueberry pancakes and the spuds deluxe. I walked into Snooze with seventeen people wanting breakfast early on a Saturday morning. Snoozed handled us without even flinching. They don't do reservations but they allowed me to call ahead that morning to warn them I had a very large party. Snooze then set up tables for us well in advance of our arrival, and our meal went fantastically. The environs are colorful, cheerful, and casual. I had a brief reminder of "atomic age" decor. At 8am on a Saturday, the place was not too busy, though I'm sure that can change on a whim. Snooze is popular for a reason. The food is outstanding! One friend happily proclaimed: "That was the best breakfast I've had in a long time." We had a wide variety of things on the table and no one was disappointed. This is saying something when there's a handful of seven-year-olds at the table. Among the dishes that got some praise: The pancake flight, and the Chili Verde Eggs Benedict. I have to quote another friend who said: "I asked for a well done omelette and it might be the first time ever a place has gotten that right for me. It was delish. The grits were so good. When walking in we were greeted right away. We sat in the patio part which was a little echoed sounding but that's okay! They serve alcohol beverages starting at 11:00AM. The espresso martinis were delicious and had a great coffee flavor behind it!! I got the OMG French Toast and my boyfriend got the pancake platter (you can sub out different flavors). He got cinnamon roll, strawberry shortcake, and sub choc chip with banana pancakes. The sides of hashbrowns were delicious! The French toast was great but really sweet!
