Sign above the pants said they were 40% off - they weren't! Okay, I liked them, so I paid the extra money. Drove home from Mass. to Connecticut and when I got home the black pants - same size, same style - didn't fit at all. Called the store and the Manager told me I have to drive back to Mass. to return them. I asked if I could return them by mail - NO - they can't do that. While at the Lee Outlets we decided to stop in at this store to look for some gifts for the…read moreholidays. When we walked into the store we were greeted by two amazing staff members who asked us how we were doing and actually cared to make conversation. The store itself was well stocked with items, but the prices here were a bit high for the styles of merchandise they had. A family member of ours has some of the items being sold here and she told us that they were from a few seasons ago and the pricing wasn't much different than the retail price. In the end, the store was average but what made our experience special was the incredible staff who made us feel welcome. This is expecially important this time of year. In the future we will come back to this store but hopefully during a clearance sale.
