Now he looks great in his new sport coat, pants and tie. She was very nice, and does her job well. You do not see this kind of dedication and caring for clients often any more. I am very glad we went to Men's Wearhouse to get his outfit. Staff like Dianna will keep customers coming back. Once there the guys (3) working seemed busy. A gentleman grabbed our suit and ushered my son into fitting room, then stated to the other 2 guys he was leaving and walked out. Once my son put on the pants we found that they weren't the pants we ordered (too small). But now the guy has left, other 2 guys were busy helping other people. Had to wait 20 mins for someone to free up. Salesman was very nice. Pants were switched to the correct ones. I had to ask about the $25.00 tailoring fee that i was originally charged, because we took pants as is. The shirt which we had also purchased wasn't pressed. Was all wrinkled as it was the first day taken out of the bag. I have purchased suits before in other places and always found it to be a great experience. This was the complete difference. Since I spent $300.00 on a jacket, Pants, shirt and tie I would have expected better service. I will never shop Men's warehouse ever again.

I got measured up and when I got up to the register I was shocked to see the price. It was double what Men's Warehouse charges (got married recently. I know how much they charge). I thought to myself, ok it's a small shop. I'm sure they make up for it with great customer service, something large corporations can't always do. Fast forward to August. I get a call late Wednesday night to come pick up my tux. I couldn't get there Thursday due to work, so I show up first thing Friday morning. I get handed my suit and get shuffled out the door. I request to try it on and that's where all the problems start. My jacket was like 4 sizes too small. The manager of the store begins his rant about how this is my fault because I didn't come in on Thursday. I tell him he needs to fix it and he said it won't be a problem because there's tons of material in the jacket. I took the rest of my crap suit and went home. I go back the morning of the wedding and "Moe" started looking for my jacket. I try it on and nothing was fixed. Moe confirmed my suspicions and told me it was my fault because I didn't come Thursday (again and again). I go through the wedding with a suit that was pilled and looked like it was dragged behind a pick up truck for a few miles. Of course I had to wear my tiny ass jacket that I couldn't button. I looked like Chris Farley wearing David Spade's jacket in Tommy Boy. Oh and on top of everything else, my shoes were two different sizes. Not shoe sizes, physical dimensions. One was about 3/4" too small. When I returned this sad excuse for a suit, I asked for a refund because services were not provided and I pretty much got told to go fuck myself. The manager walked out of the store right in the middle of a conversation. I spoke to the owner (I think?) and he said we would be getting an insulting amount of money back (which hasn't happened yet a week and half later) and they don't automatically give you back your deposit. How many people are they scamming for 40 bucks because they don't know better. Stay away and just go to Men's Warehouse. They have more resources and they give you a lot more time to make sure your suit or tux is right. These guys are just assholes. Plain and simple.

We rushed over to The Clothing Center around 8:30 p.m., not knowing they had already closed at 7:00. The door was still open, so we walked in. The owner greeted us and apologized that they were closed. But after seeing the look on our faces, he asked, "What do you need?" We explained our situation, and without hesitation, he welcomed us in. He helped my husband find the perfect shirt, personally fitted him, and even pressed it before we left. At a time when my heart was broken, this young man showed us such genuine kindness and compassion. It meant far more than he probably realizes.
