As to customer service, if I see something in the catalog that isn't available in the store, they will search the Talbots system to see if another location has my size. It IS a big store, so they often have a lot of ground to cover. But they are always ready and able to help you out.

You just have to flip thru for your size, but the racks were so packed when I visited that it was a challenge!
