It takes effort for me to work up the energy to go clothes shopping but once I hit my stride, it's alright. Yesterday, at BR, a very pleasant sales clerk helped me shop for ridiculously pricey clothes no one should own. Then, at the fitting rooms, another cheerful, happy gal introduced herself, asked my name, told me the secret to life, and implored me to please holler if I needed anything while I was trying on the golden robes. At one point, I did request the holy grail be brought to me on a jewel encrusted platter and within minutes, the fitting room attendant was handing me the Jesus elixir over the top of the dressing room door. Yeah, I've got eternal life now. When all was said an done, I ended up buying like 6 or 7 gorgeous shirts. The BR Queen rang us up and worked some Jedi Mind trick on me and before I knew it, she was also ringing up a pair of black jeans. Awesome. There was a huge sale going on so the insane prices were actually only about half insane as usual. So it really wasn't that bad at all.
