Food is so tasty, service is exceptional and environment is friendly for families. Ordered mushroom swiss burger, onion rings and fries. Everything tasted good and more than enough food. I will definitely be back! Service dog friendly and order plain hamburger patty for dog, plain, no seasonings made to perfection.

I stopped by the new location of Everybody Loves Raymond, and let me tell you--this place is a hidden gem that deserves all the hype. I ordered the smallest burger on the menu, and it was still massive. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right--it's honestly one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The fries? Fresh cut, perfectly crispy, and seasoned to absolute perfection. But what really blew me away was the sauce cart. Yes, an entire cart dedicated to sauces--about 5 different kinds of ketchup and 10-15 types of hot sauce. It was a flavor lover's paradise. If you haven't checked this place out yet, you're seriously missing out. This spot is a must-visit for any burger enthusiast in San Antonio. I have lived in the area for 5 yrs now and a few days ago I was cycling and rode past this place! Finally stopped in and let me tell you :: If you haven't been, you need to! Small country location that serves up some eats. I was craving a burger and went for the Mexican! It had a ground beef patty, pico, lettuce, sausage, slices of ham, guacamole, sour cream & mustard. When you bite in, and the flavors take effect ... It was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back regularly.

Another delicious meal at Raymond's!! My husband had the Charles Barkley Burger this time (2enchiladas,rice,beans,cheese,and a tostada with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and a hamburger patty) and OMG is it huge! Just look at it!!! We cut it in half and what a well layered burger!!! The fries were also homemade and so freaking good!!! I had the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans special again and soooo good!! It was busier than last time and I'm glad to see it!! Check out both locations if you get a chance!!

I will start with, the food at the IH35 location is great and everyone really should try it, however the service is lacking and overshadowed my entire experience. We walked into the restaurant where all the tables inside were full on a Saturday afternoon. We walked up to the counter really unsure of how to order and were told to find a seat outside and someone would help us. We found a table where a very nice man quickly came over and cleaned off the table and told us someone would be with us shortly. A waitress came out a total of 4 times and each time looked over at our table and the table behind us that hadn't been helped as well. She never came to us to take our order and instead carried on ignoring both tables. After 20 minutes of waiting I went inside to just place an order and saw the cashier talk to the waitress and look in my direction and the man behind me that hadn't been helped either. At this point both tables got helped after only going inside to place the orders ourselves. Yes, they were busy but the service here sucks, plain and simple. The food though is amazing! The burger is great and the fries and onion rings are homemade which were amazing! Would I be back, yes... maybe, but just for the food. Sadly I'm pretty disappointed in my experience as I used to rave about the south side location to anyone looking for a good burger.

Grabbed a burger and onion rings to go! Burger was big, good and filling. I asked for a single burger with Swiss and jalapeño. Simple and good! The onion rings were delicious! Couldn't stop eating them. Would be good if the menu had descriptions of the specialty burgers. Restaurant is a little small, would recommend eating outside or to go

A Southside surprise! This little shack doesn't look like much on the outside but Wow! There's magic happening on the inside! There's a confident, welcoming energy upon entering with just a few tables and chairs. A friendly greeting follows as we're seated. The menu shows variety but I went for the cheeseburger. And it did not disappoint! It was AMAZING!! It was fresh, juicy, delicious and enormous!! The bacon was crispy, the cheese was gooey. So much flavor. The tater tots were mind blowing! I also ordered onion rings. They were tasty. The burger came with fries and the fries were seasoned very well. Overall, it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Can't wait to come back for some Mexican food or another burger.

Make sure you get the Mexican Burger and the little pitcher of tea. Burger had a slice of ham, sausage link, guacamole, and pico.

Mexican Burger did not disappoint. Service was wonderful. As it is a small place you have to get there early or will be waiting.

So I've been on a journey to find the best burger in San Antonio. Many people recommended Everybody Loves Raymond, and they did not disappoint. The service was great. The food was great. The location was a bit far depending on where you live. But the ambiance was welcoming. I would definitely eat there again.

However, this time I had something I hadn't tried before, which was the portobello torta, check the pic posted here, but I warn you, if a pic says 1k words, then a taste says a bagillion words (is that even English ?). But that's what happens when umami meets Mexican bliss. When your order is taken with pleasure and prepared before your eyes at this bustling establishment, it's flair mixed with fair. Go check out what has me coming back for more, time and time again. As I left, with my road tacs, the owner reminded me that the food travels well, I neglected to inform her that I didn't expect them to make it very far . We were surprised by how much we enjoyed it. Their two self-serve complementary salsas were also fun and creamy. Concha- Delicious and we liked the top of it. Maybe one of our favorite conchas. Elote hot cake - Came out really hot and was delicious. These are only available on weekends. I was tempted to get more but we had lots more food targets on the schedule. Torta with Asada was pretty good too. But the other items excited me more I think. The person at the front also gave us some samples of other taco fillings to try: the fillings of the La Ranchera: Potatoes and pico de gallo in salsa ranchera and also grilled nopales. My husband who is usually not as crazy as me about nopales liked them here. They have mole on the weekends but it's not housemade from scratch. They use premade mole and add some more things to it so we skipped that one. My general rating system: 1 star: I would stay away 2 stars: Has some good things about it but I generally don't recommend. 3 stars: Pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but a decent place 4 stars: Great place. I would go back. 5 stars: I highly recommend stopping whatever you are doing and making plans to try it out! With the aroma coming from the grill and all the recommendations I'd heard, I was expecting a little more flavor and a bigger wow factor. The atmosphere was fun, the service was good, and the charcoal grill definitely adds to the experience. I just found the food itself to be more "solid" than "spectacular." As you're standing in line, server will come by to ask if you want any drinks and prep a table for you we got a lemonade, a large one to share. Which was five dollars, and a refill will come at the cost of $1.08. There's a lot of meat in these tacos, while I got three, I only made my way through two sadly because I wanted to finish them all. The salsa you'll get at your table are two different types of green and a red one. The red one is hotter, but the green still has hints of heat. Both are delicious, but I could only manage to slather the green one on my food. At the end of your meal, you'll go up and pay at the counter by telling them how many tacos you had and that's it. My wife and I use to frequent this place YEARS ago, the service was good and the food was good,…read moreyears later we decided to go back & mannn the food quality & service has went down terribly! Pulled up on a Friday late night with my family ordered the standard 5 tacos. They are a bit pricey as well. I ordered the carne Asada and my mother in law ordered the chicken. While it did seem like it tasted good it was super greasy. (TMI coming up) When I woke up the next morning my I noticed my bowels were literally moving the next day, (I counted about 9 times). I felt bloated and everything. My wife even told me that as we were pulling off she witnessed the cook I believe his name is Julio eating some of the product while he was preparing peoples food (the side door of the food truck was open so you could see right in). Funny enough we decided to go back Saturday evening to give them another try, thinking it would be better, BOY was we wrong. I ordered the same order plus charro Beans, elote (corn in a cup) and 3 cans of sprite. This time we took literally one bite and the meat was DRYER than the Saharan desert both the carne asada and the chicken. (Tasted like some reheated old meat or meat that had been made days prior). We were already at the hotel at this point and was infuriated!!! We ended up calling and I believe I spoke to Julio (or whoever the cook is) over the phone. After lying saying that he cooked the meat fresh that day he stuttered I told him aint no way the meat was fresh. He then said and I quote " I cooked the meat "a couple days ago" then said "sorry I burnt it or overcooked it". (Knowing that why would you serve that to me?) I then stated "yes it tasted old period". I requested a refund in which he agreed to. Driving all the way back I brought the food back as well. Julio (or whoever the cooks name is) tried to plead his case to me saying that the meat is fresh and took a fork and tasted the food himself and then tried to offer me the food. I told him "no I don't want to taste it, just refund me please" in which he did. Dishonesty, Not handling food with care, lying. Is something that crosses the line and I won't be back. *Also if the owner is reading this I have the phone conversation recorded and the video evidence to show proof this whole interaction, so do not just glaze over this review* I don't like writing bad reviews, but this one is for sure warranted. Seems like they will dress up the taco and selling you some "old meat" people just be careful and mindful when coming to this taco truck. "The Earths Best Taco" they say... that's a stretch!

So...disappointing!…read more I came to this spot with family who raved about the tacos being lowkey almost like we back in LA. Welp, I ordered 1 chicken and 1 Carne Asada and also Charro Beans. The chicken was fresh and so flavorful, but the Carne Asada was bland and even a little dry. However, the Charro beans were on point and so flavorful. I heard they have been at this location for a long time and my fam used to frequent here back in the day. What disappoints was my fam got sick from the Carne Asada. The next day we ordered chicken again and they were stale and old from two days prior. This was confirmed by the staff. They were offered my fam a refund. Ugggh... so disappointing. You can't claim to be the best and serve old meat. That's a no no.
