I do have to say that I am extremely pleased I went through with checking out Jeeps at Leith because my experience, throughout the entirety of the day, was nothing short of incredible. The whole car buying experience was not high-stakes, high-stress, and I actually felt like a human being throughout, not just another person to be sold a car. Even when we talked prices, I never felt like I was a subhuman for wishing for the best possible value. I had an incredible saleswoman (Estefany) and really must say for my first major car buying experience this was one to remember and one to replicate should I need to buy in the future. She never pressured me, always keep trying to find something that I liked/wanted, and actually dealt with me like someone she knew and was looking out for. A repair that cost $400 to fix was estimated at $3000 by them. Trust me, go elsewhere. Bought new vehicle from them 1.5 yrs ago for $55,000 still under bumper to bumper warranty and they denied the warranty claim. They are quick to take the sale, but after that the customer relationship is over! I will never go back.

After I came back from test driving, the staff handed me a CarFax, I asked if I could take it to a mechanic to be seen, and they were happy to let me do this. I took it to a reputable euro car specialist and the mechanic looked at it for about an hour and told me he couldn't find anything wrong with it. The car was very clean underneath and inside the engine bay. The only thing the mechanic said looked weird was the back two tires were different tires and needed to be replaced. When I took that back to RDU Auto Sales, the staff offered to replace them or take some off of the price which you don't see too often from used car dealerships. After seeing that the car was in great condition, I decided to buy it, before hand I received no pressure to buy the car or look at any other ones. RDU Auto Sales let me control the whole process and only aided me when I asked. The paper work was minimal, it took less than 30 minutes and everything was explained completely before I signed. Out the door they give you a one month warranty for free, with the option to purchase an extended warranty. I would recommend this dealer to any and all who are skeptical of used car dealerships. I know I was unsure before coming here, but I will recommend this one to any of my friends who are looking to buy a high performance or luxury car.

They were all reassuring and told me that the only thing I needed was that third key I didn't even know I had (thank goodness for the junk drawer box I packed) or else it would be a $500 fee. When it showed up for sale it was advertised as only having 1 key fob. So strange that key fobs are "mishandled" considering how expensive they are. Besides that, the car I acquired had a bad battery and the tires were significantly out of balance. I discovered the bad battery the 1st day I had the car at home and needed to jump start it. Took it to my local Chevy dealer who diagnosed a bad battery. Carvana needs to improve their inspections/reviews of the cars they sell. They could also do a much better job prepping the cars for delivery. The prep job on mine was not professional at all.
