I hav been coming here for over 10 years and I normally don't do review as but I figured I need to do my due diligence to a place I've been going to so long. This place is amazing to say the least. I have been to some of the top so called best massage places in the world for so much money and nothing tops my massage here. I'll go on vacation get a massage and when I get back I instantly come pay them a visit! It's not fancy but you won't be disappointed. Some people complain about the owner but honestly he's just a tough old school man , like my father and does his best to accommodate everyone and only wants the ladies to get the tip they deserve which I see nothing wrong with that as they are providing a service that is exhausting on the hands and body. Nice spot if you just need a foot rub to relax. Not a place to take your partner on a date, or a place to expect something fancy and exceptional service. Been here about 3-4 times, prices went up recently. Only been here for foot rubs, haven't tried their back massages. But yeah, by foot rub they mean exactly that, I wouldn't consider it a massage. They start by bringing a bucket of hot water to place your feet in for 1-2 minutes, then they rub your feet with Vaseline for the time you select. The last minute or so they use a hot towel to remove the Vaseline and you're done. This is the place for you if you just need to get off your feet and feel relaxed. But if you need some aromatherapy, hot stone, couples night idea, this isn't the place. read more

The ladies who do the massage are excellent but I would like to warn you to tip directly to them as they are the ones giving the service and avoid the man who is the cashier/front desk/possible owner. My husband and I were very pleased with our 1 hr $40 massage last week and even gave $10 tip to each lady. I thought it was just a language barrier the first time we came when I asked the man to break my $20 so we can give $10 each to the ladies who did our massage. He even said "$2-$3 enough". The following week I brought 2 of my friends with me for a 1 hr foot rub for $28 and 1 hr back massage for $40. I called ahead of time for the appointment for 4 people but when we came they didn't have enough staff so the man/cashier ended up doing my 1 hr foot rub. At the end of our session, I gave the lady who did my 1 hr back massage $10 and him who did my 1 hr massage $5 which he gladly said thank you without complaints. When my friends paid for the service and gave the $20 tip, he started hushing them. So, I came back to help them assuming it was a misunderstanding given my experience last week that he only wanted $2-$3 tip so we insisted we are really satisfied so $20 to split with the 2 ladies is fine. But lo and behold he started hushing my friends and asked me for an additional tip for the 1 hr foot rub he gave me that I only gave $5 for him. He started saying "in america 1 hr is $10 tip". If we do the math $28 foot rub with 20% tip shud be $5-$6 so I gave him enough and $10 to the lady who did 1 hr $40 massage to me. The massage are good but with my experience with the owner I would rrally discourage anyone of you to give him any type of business. My personal experience at this place has to be one of my worst and most annoying experiences getting a massage...by far. I literally just walked out of this establishment from getting a $40 package massage...30 min foot massage and 30 min back massage. Starting from my arrival, off top the pricing was different from what they have listed here on Yelp however that isn't the meat of this negative review. I believe the man who checked me in is the owner of the establishment (being he act as if he is). He led me to a room to start with my feet. I noticed it was an open room where multiple people can have massages at once. That's not a problem but the smell of the room was. It had a strong corn chips stench...you know that typical funky feet odor smh. A lady started massaging my feet and long behold the "owner" took over for her so she could give a back massage to another customer. Fine. However this guy constantly answered the phone while massaging my feet, stopping and starting again. He did this a few times. He then began arguing (in another language pretty loudly) with the same lady who started on me first. While arguing with her, he wasn't focused obviously and the pressure of my massage started to become pretty wack. He went a little over time to compensate the interruptions. After my foot massage he moved me to a massage room to start on my back. Everything had been going well until he began arguing with the lady AGAIN, even to the point of stepping out of the room and leaving me there. He answered the phone a few times while massaging me with one fn hand...lowsy asf. Even worse, the fool would drop the phone on my leg once he was done speaking to a customer lol! I can't count how many times he stopped and started again. He apologized and said he'll go over time AGAIN. He did but for what was MAYBE a measly 3 mins. The whole experience was hella fn annoying. After it was all said and half assed done, I went to the front to pay. I didn't bother leaving a tip being it wasn't deserved and the services weren't enjoyable. He noticed I didn't tip and asked about it...I told him straight up, there were too much of answering the phone, stopping-starting, and arguing loudly. Needless to say he was pissed and this guy tried to rush me out of the establishment lol! And I gladly left! SN: The rooms could use a facelift...they're all outdated and doesn't offer a relaxing vibe. read more

It's fine for that, and they don't speak much English, and the guy in the front/possible owner was eying me about how much I tipped. I just left this place from getting a foot and back massage. I must say they never disappoint me. The owners are super sweet, nice and always make the experience very relaxing. I've been coming to this massage parlor for about 4yrs now and I always recommend friends and family members to come and experience their massages here. I came here with my wife relatively late in the day after doing some shopping on main street. I initially went in because my wife had some pain in her shoulder and was hoping that this would help her. I got suckered in to getting the couples treatment. The facility smells very damp. The lighting is pretty dim and it just didn't feel very "spa like". The folks working there did a great job with the massages though. I originally asked for 30 minutes but bumped that up to 60. HAH! The women who work here give excellent massages, HOWEVER: everyone seems drugged & are often sleeping when you walk in, including the male manager who is always distant & rude - never says hello & looks at you like you're an intrusion instead of a paying customer. According to website & posted sign at front desk, Combo Massage (foot/back) is $42 for 1 hour, yet today the tall, slender, older woman who gave me my massage charged $48 (despite the fact that website is currently advertising a 1 hour back massage special for $26), & looked very confused when I gave her a $10 tip, so maybe she included her tip in my price, but if so, she didn't tell me & took then ten anyway. The place is one level, dark as could be (especially when coming in from sunny outdoors), & not sparkling clean by any means (in fact, it's very, very old & dingy - paneling, floors & carpeting). I went in only for a foot massage after getting one for 30 mins, they asked if I wanted a back massage; even though I really didn't have time I'm happy I did it. The lady that massaged me definitely knew what she was doing! I felt like I was in heaven! The price wasn't bad at all. $40 for both back and foot massage (30 mins each). If I could give zero I stars I would , the reviews for this place must be false or with different management ! I went here for a couples massage, the best part was my 1 minute face massage. This place offers cheap , no thrills, dark massages for $40. Went inside and was greeted by two casually dressed women. My fiancée and I were rushed to undress . From there it all went down hill. I am a small 5ft female and my fiancé is about 5'11, they were applying pressure to our bodies as if we were 500 ib sacks of beef. No oil , was used just a small amount of bad scented lotion. The lady used full body pressure and her elbow felt like a dull sword on my spine. At the end I couldn't wait for my 1 hr to be up. I've been to spas before, but typically need to book weeks in advance. My back was really hurting me, so I decided to stop by and give JF Relax a try. They took me on the spot, and quickly brought me upstairs. I was happy to see how quiet, calming and clean the masseuse rooms were. (The rooms don't have much headroom though.) The back massage that I received was through--the attendant seemed to have used a mix of techniques that worked all my muscles from the base of my skull to my glutes. My only negative was that the attendant used a lukewarm, wet, scratchy towel to wipe up excess lotion on my back at the end of the massage. But overall, it was reasonably priced for around these parts and I would go back again. read more

Ive been with my family a few times. Today was our 5th time there and it was kind of upsetting. I'd been satisfied with the service and kindness of the employees. This business is a family owned business and the man is the main owner. I was given a back rub and gave the lady a tip ($10) after the massage. I thought this was plenty generous since its 40% of the price of the massage. My family gave $10 to the two remaining employees (there were three total) and when we gave the man his tip he was quite rude and demanded that he get more because for a brief moment he switched off for my mothers masseurs. I thought this was ridiculous! I mean, a tip is a voluntarily given thing and we had already paid over $150 for the actual services (because there were a few of us).
