My mother, sister and mother-in-law were all very involved in the project, so there were a lot of personalities (conflicting ideas, etc). Vinnie was very patient and conscientious, fielding everyone's concerns and always following up. When an issue did arise, he made sure it was truly made right, even if it meant giving me a call after hours. We were all so stressed and he really took care of us! I am excited to have them come back to do more work for us in the future. Also, should note the guys actually doing the work were great too - did great work and left the space so clean! After just a couple of days, I tried to return my order, unopened, in full cartons, with a sales receipt, and purchase tile in a different color. I fully understood that I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. The salesperson told me when I purchased the tile that it was "in stock" and coming from their NY warehouse. When I tried to return it though, the store manager told to me it was a "Special Order" and the sale was final. How is something coming from your own warehouse a special order? Sound like B.S. to me! Buy your tile someplace else. The big box stores let you return single tiles, in opened cartons and with or without a sales receipt and there is no restocking fee, period!
