Thankfully, they had exactly what I needed, as well as a plethora of other fantastic items! Over the last few years, I've acquired my favorite pair of chandelier earrings, as well as a slew of other trendy earrings and some cute clothing. At first I was rather overwhelmed and had sensory overload from al the cuteness, but quickly became familiar with the store after doing an initial walk thru. They have a nice selection of clothes and carefully curated items. I appreciate the variety and can see my wallet hurting if I brought my teen and tweenage girls. Uncharted is a very nice gift store, and larger inside than you expect. There were candles, housewares, cards, clothes, toys, jewelry, candy, men's gifts, and more. It's an updated and more trendy Hallmark store. The staff were very nice, and asked me to join their rewards club. I declined, as this location is a little far for me. I did purchase a cute scratch-off artpad for a gift and some pretty notecards.

I think I also would've loved a little more feedback on how pieces looked or what to pair together. Other than that, it was an incredibly seamless appointment. As expected, ( you can never go into an Aritzia not falling in love with everything you see lol ) looking around I found so many pieces I just fell in love with. I had grabbed several things and immediately a worker there came to take them for me, grab my name, and set them aside for a fitting room! It was so thoughtful and it just elevated the experience of shopping without having to carry a bunch of clothes around. Once I was done browsing I headed to the fitting room area where my things I had picked up were set aside for me. I then had a pants apart of a set I was in love with but was a size too big not work out too well for me. :(( Yet the kindest girl there looked immediately if they had a 00 to pair with my top on hand which they did and they ended up working perfectly! This is one of the few stores that has sizes in tops and pants that fit my waist measurements perfectly!! :)) Once I was done trying on everything the same girl who had set aside my things took everything that didn't work out for me and didn't let me carry a thing! They truly value their customers and go above and beyond for customer service, satisfaction, and experience. The atmosphere is very clean and orderly. Everything was racked neatly and in place. There wasn't a sign of anything un-orderly or messy. Oh my gosh and the fitting rooms( in pictures provided) are just to die for. I ended up leaving with the most beautiful set, yet it wasn't just the clothes that had me leaving happy it was also how respectful and kind I was treated. How helpful all the staff were there and how welcomed I felt. All I can say is if the manager of this location is reading this review, all the girls working the night of 5/24/25 go above and beyond for their customers and in keeping their store looking put together and beautiful and deserve a huge thanks for up keeping a respectful, friendly, and welcoming face for this Aritzia location. Natalie in the shoe department went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to help me try on shoes, even helping me get one on when I was struggling. Thanks to her, I found a pair of shoes that I absolutely love in the right size. The customer service was outstanding, the shoe selection for on clouds was excellent, and the prices offered great value for the quality. Natalie made what could have been a frustrating shopping trip into a wonderful experience. If you're ever shopping in the Oakbrook shoe department, I highly recommend asking for Natalie. Once I set my items on the counter, the same sales person I had just passed with no interaction whatsoever, asked me if I was ready to check out. He became very friendly at that point. The whole experience made me feel like I was just an easy sales commission that he earned with absolutely no work on his part. With just a little effort on their part, either salesperson could have earned a commission and I could have walked out with a positive review instead of a negative feeling.

This store recently opened in November and I love that it's still a great homage to skating. The apparel is plentiful and fresh, and the shoes are fabulous! They possss a ton of classic styles for everyone, toddlers and kids included! Sales were prevalent, and I will gladly take 33% off a sweet pair of Vans, thank you very much. The store associates made the experience that much better as they were sure to greet and assist as needed. I'm so happy that Vans made it to Oak Brook, and I will continue to patronize them.
