Please note, although the hours say they open at 10, they really open at 11. My first visit and it was just fine. Since I was not familiar with the store, one of the saleswomen directed me in my search. I love mix and match and the tops were $6 and the bottoms were $10. I think that is extremely reasonable and that is why I did not go back when I discovered that instead of being charged for 3 tops and 3 bottoms, I was charged for 4 bottoms and 2 tops. It is probably a good source for kids socks and underwear. It also had a sizable selection for little boys which is not always the case. The one thing I really appreciate about Carter's is that there's actually a great selection of boys clothes. Go to kohls, Walmart, old navy, or target and the selection for boys is always so small!! This store is about 40% boys from babies to small children. Their designs are always super cute and trendy. This store was bright, well stocked and had employees circulating to help. The prices were just "meh" to me. If I need the stuff, I will buy it, but I was hoping to get a clearance deal or two but with clearance shoes for $15 and up, I wasn't totally impressed. I'll definitely stop by again, it's nice to see the items in person and get to take home same day. They also offer online pickups at this location if you don't have time to shop in store! read more

Umm, how can you not love this place?!? They have a great selection of Carter's clothes and every time I go, they have helpful and polite employees. I love Carter's clothes because: 1. They offer girls' clothing that isn't pink 2. The clothes are good quality and seem to be true to size 3. They have amazing sales all the time. I usually stock up with their 40% or 50% off sales. Add a $10 coupon for every $50 spent, and I save a ton. I think the Carter's in Danada is larger with a better selection, but this one still has a great selection and a nice sized clearance rack. I have to be honest, I didn't like this store! Most of the baby clothes I get are carter's brand...purchased mostly at babies r us. Today I went in to find this place snug. Everything was jam packed in there. I had my baby on a stroller and I literally couldn't make it through parts of the store. To go further, the selection at this store isn't great. There was a lot of similar styles in excess and some things that I really like, barely anything like that.. finally, my baby is approaching 12 mos size and it was almost out in every style I looked at! I just wasn't impressed at all. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because of one of the workers there who was super pleasant and helpful. read more

Carter's has been one of my favorite store since my kids were little. Last week was my first time in this store because my normal store Bolingbrook closed. The young lady Ashley made my experience like no other shopping experience I've ever had. Her smile lit the store up from the second i walked in. She helped me find what I was looking for and some. I've been shopping at carters for a long while now. I have three kids and all wear carters cloth. I had never had such a bad experience. I recently bought 2 pairs of shoes for my daughter. They had a buy one get the second half off. To our luck they didnt have the size we needed in one of the pairs we bought. So the associate offered to order it online and it would arrive at their store within 5 to 7 business days. Eventually I recieved an email saying our shoes arrived. We went to pick them up and to our surprise, we were told their system fell and they dont know why i received the email when the shoes had not arrived. I then call their 18773330117 number. They offered an apology and said they would send them again. Again a wait of 5 to 7 businesses days. 2 weeks later and yet no shoes. I call again. This time i asked for a refund. The person apologize and according to her she set up the refund. Again nothing....no refund ...no shoes...nothing. I called again and was told to give it a few more days. I waited and waited and nothing. I called a 5TH time. This time i was told that i would not get a refund because according to them the shoes had been picked up! That never happened. I never received the shoes ever!!! Never received my refund either!!! Terrible terrible experience. Although their prices are great i would NEVER EVER order online from them again. read more

Yikes! I had an awful experience at this location. I came in with my son and was aware he might be fussy since he missed his nap. I literally checked the store and noticed there was no one shopping so I proceeded to take the risk and enter with my son. Well as I had suspected he started to cry shortly after we were in there. The girl who decided to help me asked if there was anything I needed help with as I noticed no sleepers in 12months were available on the rack. She said she would check in back. She came back quickly saying they were all out. So I picked up a few things and as I was doing so she bent down to talk to my son in his stroller and began to mock his crying! Which of course made it worse? In what world would that be a good idea?! Wtf? So now I'm really ready to get out of there. And as she's checking me out I ask her when sales happen at this store and she tells me Black Friday is the best but she hates it because everyone brings their kids and they should really leave them home. LOL WTF?! you work at a kids store! I couldn't believe she said that and even laughed. If you make me feel like my presence or my sons is annoying you, it is unlikely I will return to your store. Carters, I like your stuff but there's too many other options for me to put up with that kind of unwelcoming service. read more
