The tech was there less than one hour! There was a more severe problem discovered, but I did not trust them to return to my property. The tech stated that he didn't think the company would do extensive work on a "manufactured" home. I asked for the senior discount that they advertise on the website - but did not receive it (yet). It could be the tech was just immature, but he was not respectful and not professional. It felt like he judged the property because it is located in a manufactured home park. So basically - They overcharged and under delivered.

I had an Ihn worker come out for a sump pump discharge issue. The worker was fine, did his job for 2.5 hours and didn't have the proper equipment to finish snaking an exterior pipe. That's fine, he said he would come back the next day with proper equipment. How he showed up without the necessary tools is a mystery, unless this is how they game the system for additional work hours. A different worker shows up the next day to finish the job, which is snaking another 40 feet or so. Not long after the worker shows he asks "I don't know if anyone from the office called you about the "bill". I got a call from Matt in the office this morning but no mention of the bill on the voicemail. The worker says the bill will be a little over $1500! I called Matt in the offfice to see what the heck this is about, the previous worker was here for 2.5 hours yesterday and the remaining snke job shouldn't take more than 30-45 minutes tops. Matt claims their hourly is $200, how are they getting $1500 from 2.5 hours of work? That's a lot of money in addon's and service call. I asked Matt to break down the bill, he couldn't and said he would have to speak to a supervisor. Great! Can I have this supervisor's name and number so I can call and deal with this myself? Matt says no, I cannot give out personal names and numbers! What? I'm not asking for his personal number, I'm asking for his work number at the business I'm calling that is trying to screw me. He says, can't do it. So either Matt is full of it or they are extremely shady. ****STAY AWAY***

However, I've had them out twice in the last several months to check/clean my iron filter. We've been having water pressure issues and that has always fixed the problem. Both time's I saw some improvement in water pressure, but it was only temporary. The last time they were out, I asked for a quote on a new iron filter or curtain. Never got the quote. My water pressure dropped again and decided to have a different company look at it. The new plumber showed me the iron filter which was clearly not cleaned and cacked with iron. This was only a month after they were here to clean it!! I've spent over $700 the past 6 months for nothing. DO NOT USE THEM. Their rating says it all.

They suggested that we use a plumber that MMSD recommends We went to Theo website and I chose Budiac Plumbing from the list based on their location. We called them at around 8am to get help clear out our main drain on our 70 year old home. We inquired on their charges which we felt were reasonable and so we asked to send someone out. Matt, the plumber was at our house on the SAME day AND in the time frame promised. He got to work immediately. He noticed our steps to the basement were carpeted so he laid down a runner to protect it from dirt that might come from hauling the equipment. He did an assessment and immediately found the source. He cleared it out and explained everything to my husband who was full of questions while watching. Matt cleaned up after himself and was really so kind to answer all the questions we had. Bottom line, we had a great experience with Budiac Plumbing. No regrets at all.
