He said "he doesn't f*** off" and he needs to produce and not be on his phone all day. He was incredibly rude, terrible customer service, as someone who serves, I don't need to hear it from him. Recently, we felt the iron filter was not working well enough. We scheduled an appointment for Hanson to send someone over. Dustin came to check out our iron filter and determined that at 15+ years we had some hard choices to make. He walked us through our options, patiently answered my questions, and did not try and sell anything specific. We talked about replacing the water softener at the same time. He ran tests and confirmed it was in working order. We scheduled time for them to replace the iron filter. Again, Dustin and his assistant arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. He took the time to explain the whole setup to me and ensured I was comfortable with the work done. They are easy to work with and a great service-oriented company. Called Mr Holland whose been our go to Hvac for years and I told them our AC was not working. They told me someone would be out to service it around dinner time bc the tech was on another call. So now its 6pm and they told me same thing. Fast forward I called them again and they said I had to reschedule, but they wouldn't tell me when. Next morning, thinking they would call me but its now 9am so I had to call them and speak to a supervisor who was in a meeting,‍so again I had to wait. When they returned my call a short time later she said a tech would be out be out around 11ish am today. Tech arrived and did a great job, so thank you Jonathan. Their communication was best-in-class with an immediate automated text to confirm the appointment and then a personal text from Brian stating he was on his way--2 hours early. During the service call he was very informative. He thought we have found the issue but to be safe let me know he'd hold another appointment the following day in case his fix wasn't the cause. Good thing as it was actually another issue. I texted and he said he was doing homework that night at home (a brand of boiler he hadn't worked with). Next day he again texted on his way and was 3 hours early. He came armed with several potential causes and sure enough nailed it quickly. Again super informative about the cause and reco'd some needed follow up service to prevent against the same issue in the future. I couldn't be happier. He's a real pro and I'm already looking for other proactive projects for him to tackle. When you find someone in the trades this good and conscientious, hold on to them.
