That wasn't the case. The front yard was incredibly patchy. Not a professional job whatsoever. Also a lot of weeds were left uncut as well as if his equipment wasn't cutting efficiently. He left debris laying around and it should have been removed. All of this and I paid $120. It was a half-ass job. I texted later after giving a thorough look to express my concerns about the work. He promptly replied, if I didn't like his work to find another company. Again, unprofessional. If a client isn't satisfied, you address the issue. Simple. Unfortunately, with so many random people trying to have a business these days, you can't expect them all to navigate with integrity. Best to stick with those you've been referred to by others. And seeing these reviews here speaking about his lack of professionalism, frankly I'm not surprised.

Received 3 PAST DUE invoices the next 3 days... for the $2.50 fee. Then they stopped communicating and stopped servicing my yard. Bad business.

Their pricing was clearly the best of several bids. The trees were all in tight quarters and had to be roped out. They were particularly careful protecting certain areas with important plants or smaller trees. There was minimal damage and less than would be expected for a job of this size. The salesman and project manager were often on site during the work, but the 6 man crew was more than capable on their own. They had the necessary equipment to move quickly and efficiently. After the log truck came a few days later they came back to clean up the mess. If you have major tree work to do you should get a proposal from Tree Time before you decide. This review started out to be a two star. I wait to post it because I wanted to give the company a…read morechance to realize what I was disappointed in before I posted the review. Always a practice of mine is to give the company a chance to fix it before I finalize my review. My weeping Chair to had caught a disease and was dying. The arborist Cory came out to diagnose that it was probably during a time when it was cold and then hot and one of the branches may have caught an infection. He recommended several treatments to help with its health, and give the tree a better chance of survival. I agreed and the first treatment was scheduled. The first person that came out was not focused because he treated the wrong tree and treated some bushes that weren't really part of the treatment plan. When I called the company, they explained to me that they had communication problems and the scheduler was different from the office doing the evaluation I also have a yard alarm in which I reinforced over and over again in Cory put in his notes that I need to be notified before the technician came out to treat my yard because I had to turn off the alarm before it called the police. The first treatment person did not do this because he did not read the notes that Cory had made in the work order I've been called out of my office to deal with the police, possibly coming out to my house because the alarm had been triggered Upon calling the office, Alex had apologized and said that the person did not read the notes. A follow up retreat was performed today by Matt a very experienced technician. I was very pleased with his knowledge and expert treatment of my tree! I have several treatments to go, so this review will probably be updated periodically.
