We were excited to use Pablo's Landscaping because of other reviews and only needing one company to…read moregrade and sod our backyard, replace our fence, replace our deck, build a retaining wall, and build a fire pit. That excitement was short lived. General observations: * Scattered scheduling- started our project and would not return for days at a time due to being at a different job site. ⁃ Guys wouldn't show up when we were told they would. When we asked about it, the response would be "what do you mean they didn't show up?" * Lack of respect for property- nails and trash left EVERYWHERE. ⁃ Crew would use a leaf blower to blow non biodegradable trash off the patio and into the grass instead of pick it up. ⁃ Metal fence posts were discarded in the back of our yard instead of being thrown in the dumpster we paid for. ⁃ Used our 2x4s that were purchased separately for a different project without asking or letting us know. ⁃ Crew drove onto our grass and left tire tracks in the front yard. * Lack of communication- wouldn't tell us upfront that he wouldn't be back the following day to finish work, we had to reach out and ask. ⁃ A section of our fence was not attractive and nothing was communicated to us about how it would look. When we brought this up Pablo said "well, I didn't think it was a big deal since it's in the back of the yard by the woods." However, he worked with us on this issue and had it corrected. ⁃ Most of the additional labor and material costs wasn't told to us until after the final payment was due. The deck: * Flashing was not installed prior to deck boards, they were stuck in only after we had noticed it wasn't completed. * 2x4s were installed upside down on railing and is now warping. * A bracket is missing on one side of the rafters * The concrete pad at the base of the stairs was roughly done, one edge is 21" away from the step and the other side is 22.5" away from the step. Was told this would be corrected with a finishing layer of concrete, however, this was never done. The fence: * Posts are leaning and not level * Warped 2x4s were used causing the fence panels to warp * The gate towards the back of the yard has a big gap towards the bottom hinge due to the post leaning to the left. * Inconsistent post heights-- we were going to install caps and needed them the same height throughout. This was supposed to be addressed but never was. The retaining wall: * Installed in late March/early April and is now leaning. * There is a gap in a section of the wall which we only discovered it after we cleaned up the residual dirt. * not sure if proper drainage was installed due to the fact that we never see water come out of the drainage pipe. Grading/sod install: * Grading seemed very rushed, a lot of high and low spots as well as lumps and bumps. * Big gaps between sod pieces * Weeds sticking up between sod pieces * Some areas would puddle from watering due to inconsistent grading * The sod on the edge of our concrete line was super crooked. Fire pit: * Was never actually started or completed. We have tried numerous times to have Pablo address some of these items, the main complaint of ours was the grading and sod. A lot of our text messages or calls would go unanswered for days at a time, it reached a point that we would be lucky to receive a response. Multiple times he has told us that he would be out on "____" day to fix it but would end up being a no call or no show. Eventually we just stopped hearing back from him at all which led to Pablo just abandoned our job. Our yard was left a wreck, dirt and concrete are left all over the place, which is now up to us to clean up. As for the grading and sod, we have since hired a different crew to come fix the potholes in our backyard, and the difference is night and day. We're pretty baffled at the situation because at the end of the day we trusted Pablo with our home and investment, but what we are left with are mistakes that will need more money to correct. Overall, would not recommend.

The gradlinig, which I did not find out until later, is very uneven. This has caused the sod to be badly un even, so when I mow my mower creates "burn" marks where the the grading was bumpy. You can also clearly see a depressed line where the trench was dug to install the irrigation feed lines. Now for the irrigation. I had to pay a professional to come and tie the irrigation system into the water main after 4 failed attempts by Pablo and several days without water. After the company fixed the irrigation system Pablo committed, on multiple occasions, to return to adjust the irrigation system so it waters the entire yard. He has never showed up, has not responded to multiple phone calls, emails, and text since. He also did not respond to my initial complaint through BBBs complaint system. Pablo is not a man of his word, is highly disorganized, and I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your landscaping needs.

I am so glad that I called A&P Designers Landscaping to the rescue. They came out the same day to assess my needs and concerns. They quickly gave me a quote for the initial project of just taming the forest that had become my lawn. It had gotten so bad I didn't even want to go outside into the back yard because it was so depressing. They quickly came back with a quote and within a week he and Ernesto were there to do the work. We hauled away two large dumpsters of overgrown shrubs, trees, yard debris. Everything began to take shape again. The first phase of the project went so well that I quickly worked with them to address areas of hardscape that had fallen into disrepair to bring structure back to landscape elements that had been covered up and neglected. We added slate chip to the front entry, a new slate chip path to define the front of the house. They reconstructed the slate chip path along the side of the house and installed a new slate chip terrace level in an area that had been designed to have sod but because of lack of sun never filled in properly. They reconstructed the hardscape for a small patio area off the back of the house. They also laid pine straw and mulch over the entire property. The transformation was amazing. It went from a sad back yard that was depressing to a beautiful space that I can enjoy like a peaceful retreat. Through all of this I couldn't have ask for better people to work with. They were always happy to go the extra mile to make me happy. It was obvious how much pride they took in doing an amazing job. When discussing plans for the next phase of a project with Them it was like I was collaborating with a friend on a project. They were always ready with suggestions and open to ideas. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of everything. Of course I now use A&P Designers Landscaping for my yard maintenance as well. I can't believe how long I went without a valued partner in caring for my yard. If a new project arises I don't hesitate to contact A&P Designers Landscaping and I know They will come up with a cost effective way to address my needs. Inquired on them also pricing of them removing ivy roots from the backyard but they said it would be too expensive and keep using the chemicals that I had been for everything to die. The day he came out to look at everything we spoke on the phone and he gave me a quote which I accepted. We had some days of rain coming so the work did not occur until a week after per my request. He came out and although did a good job of the areas he did do, he skipped a large portion of my backyard underneath the trees. I even questioned it when he sent me pictures as it appeared it wasn't done. He said it was. Sure enough it wasn't and I contacted him the following day asking him why. He told me that I said not to do the areas with the pine straw which is true but that area does not have pine straw. I repeated myself many times and added that if that area has pine straw it was from the trees that have fallen not unlike the leaves. He kept saying he was going to lose money and it would const him more money to go the dump. He then went back out to my house after that call and texted me that it would be an additional $150.00 for the "extra work" and he just wanted to make me happy. I texted him back that I am not happy and I am not planning to pay him more. I even sent him pictures of that area to show him that it never had pine straw as he was claiming but he kept saying that he will lose money. We had numerous texts back and forth and I kept telling him I will not pay extra. He then decided to text me accusing me of not wanting to pay him anything which was never said by me AND I just paid him online 45 minutes prior. I immediately called him within a minute of reaching that text and he chose not to pick up. I texted him that he was already paid and I was offended on his statement. Asked him not to contact me again or show to my property. I now paid him in full for him not doing the entire job. Nobody in their right mind would ask someone to only cleanup half their yard as the first winds would just blow everything around. It is not the customer's fault that you miss quoted your work. It is bad business to take it out on the customer.

I first met with Domoniq who was friendly and efficient in gathering measurements and understanding what my needs were. After receiving the initial quote I had additional questions, and he quickly answered and then updated the quote. Once I decided to use Bravo, I put an initial down payment to start. Within a week, Lowes had dropped off all the needed supplies, then Jose (Crew Chief) and company(3 guys and 2 gals) arrived around 9A to start building. Jose did a final walkthrough with me to ensure everything was located correctly with gates and final placement. Once confirmed, his crew went to work. As he stated they typically do a fence a day, they all knew their place and position and started. They were friendly and incredibly hard working. While one or two guys did demo work with the old fence pieces, others brought lumber and posts where they needed to go. The women were no slouches either as I watched them carry 80 lb bags of quickcrete like they were nothing! The crew worked the rest of the day and finally finished around 5P. Jose and I did final walkthroughs and I decided to keep the rest of the leftover materials to use if needed. I would give them an A+ 5 / 5 rating. Great work and great price!

This by far has to be the worse fence company ever. They destroyed my water lines, fence door fell off the hinges within a month and calls to rectify the issues goes unanswered after months. This was the worst investment I made to my home going with these guys. Their mistake cost me hundreds of dollars in water overage bills and new water line installation. Don't make the same mistake I did.
